This used to be one of the best places to be in and be seen in HCMC. The bar was nice, service was great, with a cozy atmosphere. Lots of fond memories shared here so it's heartbreaking to see it go downhill. Started when they sold off the ground floor to coffee bean, and now people don't even know whether... More

I love the food. We ordered Pil-pil, meat plate, tortillas, feta cheese rocket salads, deep fried fish fillet and all was satisfying. The service was fast and nice and especially friendly. The view down to the parking in front of Park Hyatt is extremely Saigon's signature and invoke a special urbanish feeling. One of the very good place to watch... More

We were looking for somewhere to stop for a glass of wine after dinner, and on the way back to the hotel we found Pacharan - a Spanish-themed place clearly featuring "Tapas and Wine" (the theme of their signage) with a rooftop bar (which we didn't know yet) overlooking the Opera House. Sounds perfect, right? We went in and found... More

The old Pacharan is gone. Now, it looks and feels like a cheap beer bar, similar to many establishments opening around Ho Chi Minh City. I'm not sure what kind of clientele they are trying to attract. You can do better.

Great location positioned by Opera House, for watching the world go by from the top floor. Really tasty food and attentive friendly staff.

Had lunch here with my colleagues and we were all a bit disappointed. The food was not so as tasty as it used to be (it was not the first time I visited this restaurant). The portion of each dish was a bit small while the price was a bit expensive. Not sure if we would be back here.

Rare positioning of spanish food, more a lounge bar with beer, not only for expats only, but expat atmosphere with a little expensive prices. Central location behind the opera

Previously during our trip we had lunch here. So on one of our last nights since it was raining we thought since the restaurant was close to the hotel we would have dinner here. It was worth it since the Paella was great along with a few tapas and Sangria. Service was excellant. Definitely would choose this restaurant again during... More

Pacharan Tapas and Bodega, located in the heart of the city, has a well-deserved reputation for providing fine traditional Spanish cuisine in a bright and breezy four-floor restaurant and bar. The ground floor boasts a cozy watering hole serving a selection of beers, spirits and of course fruity Vinos de Espana. The restaurant covers all of the classics along with some exquisite specials showcasing the very best in Iberian flavors. With live music on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays Pacharan makes the perfect destination for those seeking a little bit of Spanish passion and flair in Saigon
