Good ice cream but a little overpriced. For the money I prefer Haagen Daz. Good variety of tropical flavors and nice outdoor seating available.

The ice creams and sorbets here are nice- nothing special though. We ordered the mango sorbet and the caramel ice cream which were nice but probably just the same as the ice cream in a tub you could buy from a circle k.

Seemed that prices for the ice cream creations here have gone up and expensive by Vietnam standards. Service is still ok.

I recently went to Fanny to join the Franco Vietnamese Association meeting, as well as have coffee with friends. Menu is very limited with only a few ice creams, mocktails and coffees. No food of any sort including cakes or pastries are available. Servings are very small. Prices can be very high i.e 79,000Vnd for a lime juice that usually sells... More

Fanny has been in Vietnam for over 20 years and up until around 3 or 4 years ago was owned and managed by French people. They sold it to a Vietnamese company and now it is terrible, They redesigned the old traditional flagship store to some AWFUL modern Vietnamese kitsch rubbish. The inside is uninviting, they ruined a good thing.... More

January 20, 2016 - After eating dinner at the Pepper Lunch in the shopping center, we stopped at Fanny's for desert. I had a single dip of chocolate/coffee ice cream (45,000 dong) while my wife had a single dip of raspberry ice cream (65,000 dong). We felt that the price was high for Vietnam but Fanny's purports to sell premium... More

Many venues all over the city. I patronized this particular one as it was 10 minutes walk from my hotel. I selected the Lotus ice cream. It came in a lotus leave with 3 different flavoured ice creams under a fruit salad base. The lotus flower was made of white chocolates. Cost VND155,000. They accept overseas VISA cards. I will... LOVE this place! BEST ice cream in Vietnam. So many choices and very creative. Expensive compared to other ice cream but definitely worth it and still heaps cheaper than a single cone in Melbourne considering all the trouble behind their design. Cyclo cost $97,000 vnd with 3 scoops (absolutely devine and tastes very fruity and fresh). Love the Vietnamese ice... More

Although situated on a busy street in the heart of Ho Chi minh city, the Fanny parlor still stands out from a crowd with the "light pink pearl" image: luxurious, modern and fascinating. The airy terrace which overlooks the main street will bring you full sunshine throughout the day. After a while, you also enjoy over thirty different natural flavours such as Japanese Green Tea, Macadamia Vanilla, Belgian Dark Chocolate, Vietnamese young rice, Cinnamon, Anise, Raspberry, Durian, etc. It considers one of the ideal places where tourists from around the world will stop by.
