We had dinner here on our first night in Hanoi. I had chilli pork with lemon and Himalayan salt with steamed rice and my brother had chicken with steamed rice. Also tried a local beer and a cider.

Was recommended by the hotel to try this restaurant as we were looking forward to our very first authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The place was not crowded when we reached there around 2pm. A wide choice of food items on the menu which included a section...More

When we arrived at this restaurant it was dingy and dirty. The ground floor had smoking and non-smoking tables right next to each other. What's tge point of having them close together? Staff were underwhelming and so was the food. The taro rolls were very...More

We ate on the first floor where you take off your shoes and where you put your legs in a hole under low tables. The atmosphere is ok, service as well. We had a number of little bites of which about half was ok and...More

My boyfriend and I shared fried corn, honey chicken, and beef in banana leaf. It was very tasty, and the staff were friendly, but service was very slow (to be fair, it was very busy) and it was quite pricy.

We came as a group of 4, none of us having eaten many insects, snails or frog before. We ordered a bit of everything, frogs legs 2 ways. Snail meatloaf. Crickets. Sticky rice with ants/ant eggs - advertised as ant eggs but does have ants...More
