When staying in Hanoi, I went to this restaurant monthly 2-3 times. Enjoyable everytime I visit. I love it so much! Now living in Saigon, I have tried many restaurants but cannot find the place that satisfy me like Pane E Vino. It is always...one of the best restaurants in my heart.More

First and last visit here. Atmosphere is ok, but the pizza felt like a pre-fabricated frozen pizza. Especially the dough was very disappointing - more like a Ritz cracker.

I stay in Hanoi often for more than 3 weeks at a time. Sometimes I need a break from Vietnamese food and my standard is Italian. There are a number of good ones in Hanoi but this is the best. They have a three course...pre fixe lunch for a little $6 and the pasta and other italian dishes are as authentic as one can find in Vietnam. Its a standard for us and a great place to relax with friends.More

Always looking forward to be back as we just love your homemade pastas. I ordered the homemade fettuccine Puttanesca but disappointed that there too much olives and only 1 anchovy as I could find among the pasta. Still we will return as this is the...best Italian restaurant we’ve tried.More

Excellent Italian food - very authentic - if you want a break from the local repetition of Vietnamese fare. This is not some Vietnamese interpretation of what someone thinks is Italian. This is real cheese, bread, pasta, sauce etc good Italian. After traveling Vietnam for...seven days eating local pho and spring rolls and fried rice (all of which was amazing), I needed a break and was hankering for Italian - been obsessing about pizza. This place popped up nearby the glamorous area off the Hanoi opera house. The menu had a classic selection of Italian salads, pasta, meats, and PIZZA. was a success! It’s located on a small side-street and had lovely cafe- style seating on street.More

I needed a night of something other than Vietnamese after 2 weeks of travel, and was craving some garlicy bruschetta. This place did not disappoint! The bruschetta was primarily tomatoes and garlic, but coupled with a fine red wine, it hit the spot! I had...a simple plate of pasta with tomato/basil sauce and it hit the spot. Worth seeking out!More

This restaurant is hidden in a little street very close to the opera house. If you just walked past, you will only notice a tiny, cosy old style looking bar. When you enter. .... You, will notice the smell of Cuba, feel a warmth from...the wooden surround and be welcomed hopefully by the Patron or by his friendly staff. True, it’s slightly on the just above average costs on the menu. But the food is fabulously tasty, from Entree, Appetizers, pizzas and main courses There is a extensive wine list as well as different cold beers. Hint Get in before 6pm to take advantage of the wine discount and, 2 for 1 beers. After that prices revert to normal There are specials for varying snacks, lunches For a intimate evening, a social night with friends or business meetings you won’t find a better choice of restaurant Loosen the wallet just a little for a experience you will talk about and recommend to your friendsMore
