The food here is absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed it at very reasonable prices due to their lunch set menu special. Lovely crab cake with a kind of Asian mango salsa, and a delicious steak with mashed potatoes really hit the spot. Worth the splurge.

This is a restaurant that outshines any other similar category crème de la crème restaurants in Hanoi or for that matter anywhere in Vietnam; no matter what you pick, from gourmet cuisine to a simple pizza would do the trick to conquer your vote. In addition to the À la carte, they have reasonably priced great 4-course menus for lunch... More

It seems that I have to write a review of Jacksons every second or third time I go there, but hey its been months since I was last there, as they pointed out when we arrived. There are so many good high class restaurants in Hanoi these days that its sometimes difficult to get back to my favourite one. It... More

We had some great steaks. The staff is lovely and speaks pretty good english. It can match any (good) restaurant in Europe and America for that matter.

Everything is good in this restaurant. The starters are great, especially the steak tartare. As main course, the best steak in town. Choices from NZ, US or Japanese Wagyu beef. Alternatively fish can be ordered. Great wines; we tried the fantastic Arzuaga Pago Florintino from Spain

Our hotel concierge recommended the place. We decided to try and it was a good choice. We went for a set menu and the portion size was just perfect-not too much. The steak was delicious, wine (even though it said house wine) was great: the body, oak barrel- perfect! Apple crumble with ice-cream was good as well.. The service was... More

My family went to Jacksons and really enjoyed the meal. The service was excellent! The food was equally outstanding as was the ambience (in the old quarter). It is not cheap, but I expected to pay a bit more since it is a western steakhouse in Hanoi.

If you want to try a really nice restaurant for a romantic night out; to celebrate a special event, or just to treat yourself, get to Jacksons Steakhouse. The ambience, the delicious food (get the ribs!!), wide range of good wines and cold beer but most of all, the professional and diligent staff who are simply fantastic and so attentive... More

Great restaurant. Whom doesn't like local food or wants a break from the local food this is a highly recommended restaurant. High quality of service and food, very good steaks, soups and salads. But it is very very expensive. Meals and specially drinks are too expensive.

Was really missing a good and juicy medium rare steak and went for it, no regrets at all, it is extremely pricy for Vietnam standards but worth a try!
