I came here in a group and we had a set meal so we had no say over the menu. Firstly, this is an initiative to get street children off the streets by training them in hospitality. This has to be applauded. The restaurant is cool, chic, modern and makes an impression. The waitress we had was fabulous - absolutely... More

For those with a social conscious (even if you don't)...this is a must...They are a training restaurant for disadvantegd youth, but the food was 6 stars as was the service. The food is a modified Vietnamese style/western...best meal on this trip so far...the flavours were out of this world....so pure...

Les't say 4 1/2 stars. Six of us went here for dinner. I very much enjoyed my meal. However, we were evenly split. Three of us liked it - a lot - and three of us loved it.

My husband saw this restaurant on New York Times review and we decided to give it a try. Although eating fresh deep ocean fish at a city like Hanoi was probably too much of an expectation, we wanted to try a restaurant that serve food which reminded a little of home. When we first went in, it was clear that... More

We were taken here for our lunch on our full day tour of Hanoi. Service was impeccable, all staff in lovely outfits and beaming with smiles. Food was delishious and heaps of Vietnamese flavors. Now the main reason I gave this restaurant HIGH. There toilets WERE very very clean. I know .... but it has to be said. If there... More

We where looking for a fine dining experience that combined Vietnamese cuisine and the European cuisine and we got it! Great and unique dishes all with local ingredients and tastes but in a 'non-vietnamese' way. Excellent combinations and a nice wine menu. For us it was good value for money, but compared to other Vietnamese restaurants on the pricier side.... More

Absolutely superb restaurant and a hidden jewel in Hanoi. Amazing food and excellent service with help going to local disadvantaged children. If ever in Hanoi, would certainly return really cannot recommend this restaurant more highly.

One of the nicest restaurants in Hanoi. Unique menu, beautiful balanced dishes and attentive friendly service. Me and a grouo of friends met the owner and visted the restaurant with her, we all tryes each others dishes and every single one was divine, the crispy seabass melts in your mouth! TRY THIS PLACE!! You will not be dissopointed!

My boyfriend and I visited for dinner whilst staying in Hanoi. We had such a lovely meal here. The style is modern European (French influences) with a Vietnamese twist. I had rolled aubergine with goats cheese and feta and my boyfriend had steak. We shared a chocolate mousse which was delicious. The dishes were all excellent as were the drinks... More

Wonderful food and silver service. All the staff went above and beyond the call of duty and shared their great sense of humour with our group. This is a restaurant chain with a social conscience too training youth living on the street to give them the skills to join their team. Highly recommend

Pots ‘n Pans is about innovation. Vietnamese cuisine infused with an international flair. Our food takes the best ideas from modern Vietnamese and puts a new spin on them. The flavours are familiar but done differently. We don’t want to detract from what we believe to be the core of Vietnamese cuisine which is a big emphasis on fresh and local ingredients. However, we believe that the produce found in Vietnam should lend itself to a wider range of cooking techniques and presentation.Pots ‘n Pans is a dynamic partnership between Know One Teach One (KOTO) and its training program graduates along with its international partner; Small Giants. KOTO is a not-for-profit organisation in Vietnam that is changing the lives of street and disadvantaged youth through vocational training. Small Giants is a boutique Australian impact investment company that is dedicated to businesses that are changing the world.
