In the Old Quarter, this was a nice oasis amidst the outdoor eateries. Good food, freshly blended drinks, modest English speaking staff. We got there early, and it filled up; later diners were asked if they had reservations. Only drawback is the bathroom is up very steep stairs, which may be hard for some to climb.

After a long flight we were looking for somewhere nearby to start our Vietnam food experience. Following on from good recommendations we chose Yin & Yang. The Bun Cha was great, and I would also recommend the beef rice paper rolls. Restaurant was clean and service good.

Quite cozy restaurant with standard vietnamese dishes. English speaking friendly staff. Good restaurant to start to get aquainted to vietnamese food in Hanoi Old town.

An extensive menu with great Vietnamese dishes. Reliable and clean. Recommended by a tour leader and definitely worth checking out. Great food. A little more expensive than other options but reliable in terms of food preparation, and gentle on those upset tummies.

We had a family dinner at the restaurant. Overall, the food was reasonable, not too expensive. Service was ok. We were rather disappointed with the house special mojito - lacking in alcohol. We felt the restaurant was living off its guidebook reputation but if you are looking for a middle of the road restaurant, this will tick the box!

Ate dinner here for our first night in Hanoi - busy restaurant full of foreigners. Nice decor, friendly, professional and attentive staff. Spring rolls were nice, as were the two bowls of pho :) Definitely get the 2nd beef pho option. Has more flavour than the traditional one.

We were brought here by Hanoi Vintage Vespa Tours at the end of our city tour. The food and service was absolutely first class and we would recommend a visit if you are in Hanoi.

Recommended this restaurant by our tour guide and everything about it was superb. The freshness of the food, the presentation and the explosion of flavours was amazing. Fairly new to the restaurant scene in Hanoi but a must visit if you love Vietnamese food.
