I've been to a few joma bakeries and this one does not disappoint. The carrot cake is delicious. The menu is exactly the same as the ones in Laos.

Serves great coffee and lovely sandwiches. Plenty of western options to choose from including wraps, sandwiches and bagels. Service was good and place is reasonably priced.

We arrived just after the opening time, at 7.15, and we were told there was no coffee whatsoever available and the orange juice could not be served fresh (???). All the staff was rude with us since the moment we entered the bakery. Maybe they didn't get their coffee in the morning.

Dear Giacomo – Caria, Thank you very much for spending your time to write us a review. We are so sorry for the bad experience you had that day. It's definitely not a good start in the morning without coffee. We were reported that our coffee machine was broken in the early morning that day and staff were waiting for... More

Joma is very nice. Good coffee and the banana bread was great just like my grandma's. Great place to cool off.

Ordered a breakfast burrito, carrot cake, and lemon mint freeze and all were delicious. A nice taste of home for a couple of traveling Canadians.

I used to like this place till this morning. We ordered for some sandwich and coffee. While having our food i decided to order a piece of bread n jam. The waitress came back with bill first to pay. I said we paid for all, we shall pay for this one piece of bread when we finish our breakfast. She... More

The staff were all super friendly and the cafe was clean and quiet. I had an iced americano, pumpkin cream cheese muffin, and tried a piece of the banana bread. I loved the pumpkin muffin; it was moist and not too sweet.

FINALLY GOOD COFFEE!!!!! We had had enough of the hustle and bustle and constant beeping and just wanted some home comforts and here we found just that!! Great western style coffee, banana bread to die for (and about 10 times the size you get in the UK!), great bagels and sandwiches and awesome staff. We will be back for sure... More

We visited Joma several times during our stay in Hanoi. They have a large dining room out the back with the best air con in the city. The menu is western with delicious sandwiches, cakes and shakes. The prices are quite reasonable for what you get and they have free wifi.
