FINALLY GOOD COFFEE!!!!! We had had enough of the hustle and bustle and constant beeping and just wanted some home comforts and here we found just that!! Great western style coffee, banana bread to die for (and about 10 times the size you get in the UK!), great bagels and sandwiches and awesome staff. We will be back for sure... More

We visited Joma several times during our stay in Hanoi. They have a large dining room out the back with the best air con in the city. The menu is western with delicious sandwiches, cakes and shakes. The prices are quite reasonable for what you get and they have free wifi.

I love the back room of this shop, somewhere for creative and deep thinking. The price is a little high.

Joma Bakery Cafe is well located near Hoan Kiem lake, easy to find and a good break from the outdoor heat. Staff was nice, friendly and spoke English. Service was quite fast and efficient. The place is quiet and clean. There is an outdoor garden and a large room at the back which I only noticed on my way to... More

Service: Great, order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Glass of water on arrival. Menus in English, staff speak English quite well. Everyone smiley and happy. Hygine:... More

Best cheesecake ever, great sandwiches/wraps/salads as well!! You pay a little more than other places in Vietnam, but that's very much worth it.

We visited this place a few times on our recent trip to Hanoi. They even served Matcha latte which I was impressed with. Also try the chocolate cheesecake, it's pretty impressive!
