This place was good, but could be a lot better. The food is moderately priced. The quality of ingredients is high, but some of the food was cold, or overcooked. Also, looking into the dirty kitchen made me regret eating there. I would go back...again if they rectified these issues.More

We had two different dinner sets: one Vietnamese style and one so-called fusion Western style. Both very delicious and we were very happy with the food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Although not a traditional Vietnamese restaurant, the menu offered many variations and fusions between Western and Vietnamese cooking. We dined here three evenings in a row and all of us had excellent food and service every night. The staff did a great job explaining some...of the dishes and flavors. Considering Western dining standards, our experience would rival some of the best meals we have had in Europe, New Zealand or the United States. Incredible value and food. I would make a point of eating here when visiting Hanoi. Excellence!More

We had dinner here on two of our three nights in Hanoi. The food was simply delicious and the service excellent. A lot of care and attention goes into the beautifully presented dishes. Our waiter, Pineapple, was extremely pleasant and welcomed us back on our...return visit. Their chocolate fondant dessert is to die for! The restaurant was recommended to us by friends who were there last year. We were really impressed and want to pass on the recommendation.More

The restaurant was recommended by the staff at our hotel. The menu was very extensive with both Asian and Western dishes available. The wine list was also very good. My husband had the chef’s tasting menu and I enjoyed sliced beef in bamboo. The restaurant...does not attract many locals it seems because when we were there it was full of tourists!More

We found this restaurant in a narrow street only because of TripAdvisor. And so glad, we did. We choosed the menu with a selection of dishes. It was all very delicious, beautifully arranged and with really good taste. Because of the Covid19 there were few...guests in the restaurant - in the beginning we were the only ones - but the waiter (young man) was present but never too straining. Very professional. Among our top 5 restaurants during 2 month’s of traveling in Southeast Asia.More

While in Hanoi we visited this restaurant several times. The food was fresh and delicious and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant itself also is clean and relaxing to sit and eat.

Duong's was recommended by our hotel and we liked it so much we went back a second time. The staff are fun and enjoy your visit which in turn makes your visit seem special. Our waitress remembered us so we got a free desert as...a thank you for revisiting. The food and the presentation of the food was excellent. Do not over order. The portions do not seem large, but you need room if you are having 3 - 4 courses. Note that this restaurant is down a dark alley / street and could be hard to find. Do not give up it is worth it. Also have your hotel make a reservation.More

The food at Duong's was so good that I decided to take the cooking class, too. I was very lucky to be the only student that afternoon, so I received the entire attention of Duong chef and Peter. It was one of the best experiences...I had in Vietnam. Thanks, Duong and Peter!More

On a recommendation from the hotel we were staying at we arrived at Duong’s for dinner, the hotel staff had given it a pretty big wrap but I’m happy to say it was well deserved. The menu was a mix of traditional Vietnamese with some...great interesting takes on some classic French dishes. For entree we had traditional Banh Xeo (sizzling pancake), our server Tina was of great assistance with how best to make the pancakes from their components. For main I had the ‘twist’ on the French ‘Duck a l’orange’, roasted Duck breast with orange sauce with a Vietnamese risotto, fantastic flavour combinations and a cooked to perfection duck breast. My wife had the fresh water fish with scallops and absolutely loved it, the body of flavour with the sauce were deep. For desert I selected a passion fruit pudding which was the perfect end to a great meal, light and fruity. Service was great with Tina our server helping with the Banh Xeo novices and provided great feedback with the other dishes. Great food and fantastic, helpful service could could get a better experience.More

Ultimately, the restaurant reached out to me here through messaging to provide the email address. The website is faulty. Have tried so many times on different days from different devices.
