Good tapas, excellent paella

Its new location is larger and more modern, all on one floor, but not as conviently located for tourists who don't rangr far from the Old Quarter. The menu and wait staff remain the same. I'm a fan of the tapas, but friends have raved about dishes from the other menu. Service is good but yet to... read more

A friend and I had another restaurant in mind to go for our las night in Hanoi but when we got there they had already closed the kitchen, but the guy told us, if you walk on this same street you will see a restaurant on your right called La Sansa, so we got here and realized that the place... I live in Hanoi and have frequented more then 4x. It is amazing! I have perfected the menu with my girlfriend. It is the following, sangria to start, clams, goat cheese salad, seafood pasta and cheese potatoes. Followed by mango crepe dessert! Mind. Blown. Enjoy!

According to tripadvisor feedback we should not have come here but we did go. Good choice - the food was typical tapas with authentic taste. Prices are - for Vietnamese standards AND for backpackers who seem to rate everything here - quite high but we think it is great value and taste for money! Dont get We stayed for 4... More

I was in Hanoi for 1 week last month. I was looking for an evening to enjoy some non-Vietnamese cuisine. After a quick search on Trip Advisor i stumbled upon some reviews for La Salsa. As a lover of Spanish cuisine I was hoping this restaurant wouldn't disappoint. The evening turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The location... More

La Salsa is full of everything you could want - friendly and attentive service, lovely atmosphere, good wine and really tasty food. We went to this restaurant with my friends (all Europeans) and tried the whole Tapas menu - everybody was satisfied and happy :)) It was tasty and only empty plates were left on the table (actually we ordered... We were looking for a good western/european restaurant after spending some time in Sapa. La Salsa was definitely an excellent choice. Lynn, the owner took my reservation and we were warmly greeted when we arrive. Started with some tapas - mushroom, croquets and clams. They were good but the croquets were just ok. We then ordered the traditional seafood faella... More

As somebody who has lived in Hanoi for a while, I know the food scene reasonably well. La Salsa in Bui Thi Xuan is a wonderful part of that diverse and growing scene. Great food, really friendly and helpful service and a warm and inviting ambience. Lynn the owner, is a lovely woman who goes out of her way to... More

If you are in Hanoi and you are missing "European" food badly, this is the place to go for dinner. The restaurants offers a wide range of Tapas and other traditional Spanish and French dishes. We tried a lot of Tapas and were surprised about the excellent quality of the ingredients and the preparation of the food. You really have... More
