The restaurant is really nice looking , they have 3 stories, and a nice terrace , good bahn mi sandwich, but the staff is not really friendly and when they saw me struggling with the money they tried not giving me my change back i...gave a hundred dong for a water and the waiter gave me 20 back , tried to charge me 80 for a water when. I visited the first time and the everything was fine so went back and didn’t have good experience. When my food arrived I noticed it wasn’t what I ordered as I had ordered honey chicken and it had chicken and some beef or pate in...so the nice lady came and changed it. Someone then brought out the replacement and this is when the Staff very rude and tried telling me what I received was chicken when it didn’t look nor taste like chicken. I was then called a nickname that the staff had made up for both me and my friend on previous visit which was not pleasant. However the lady that I spoke to was very pleasant and accommodating.More

Friendly staff, good drinks selection, nice spot for sitting down with a cold drink and watching life in Hanoi pass by. Would recommend sitting on the balcony upstairs.
