The place is very busy! as a result, the staff is overworking and they do not have time to clean the place properly. the place looks always shabby and NOT INVITING.

Good location, quite near night market, vintage decoration, i had bubble oolong the bubble was lychee flavor...i like it , and my friend had 1 greentea, but i think should be more drinks...staff is quite nice but should pay more attention to guest on their...first come.More
Had a scrumptious coffee (coffee jelly - yum) and passion fruit cake at this pleasant cafe. The server was very pleasant. Would recommend and go again.
I have a trip to Dallas and I it very beautiful place, staff very friendly. The weather is cool, very peace.
Cool atmosphere and friendly staff. Addition they not using plastic straws, in order to save the environment.
Lovely vibe, good atmosphere and good music. Excellent Iced Oreo Milkshake! Latte also good. At first, it was a bit weak of coffee so asked for an extra shot of coffee and the waitress serving us was very kind and offered to add more coffee....It then tasted delicious! Excellent staff and coffee! Will come againMore
A very good place to enjoy coffee and tea but the staff who is not working is very very noisy. They gather to talk so loudly while customers who are so quiet are focusing on their work. It makes normal Windmill tea shop which changes...to another place I'm not familiar with. Still like tea, but thinking staff should change their habit working to respect people working and studying. Just wanna give my suggestions so that Windmill can have more customers and me - a frequent is not hesitant to visit shop. Thanks!More
My husband and I stopped here for a coffee. I ordered a peach tea and he ordered a coffee. My tea was way to sweet. still I drank it cause it was good in taste. We order the mix dessert dish but they run out...of flan. we ordered it anyway. it was mainly gelatine with almost not taste but a bit sweet. the cafe itself it's beatiful decorated and the atmosphere is very relaxed.More
This place is nicely located, menu it's ok. Service is not really good with waiters busy with each other and no time for guests.
There is some cool art on the walls and the Italian coffee is great! They actually listened when I said no sugar. :)
Windmills Cafe is founded in Da Lat, it's one of Da Lat speciality cafe. Drink is good, staffs are friendly, romantic atmosphere. It's located near Da Lat market.
We walked in to grab a nice cup of coffee (I ordered the iced coffee and pannacota), but we liked the coffee so much we decided we wanted to send our friends and family some too. We bought a kg of coffee total. No regrets...there.More
It's very hard to find a good coffee in Vietnam but this was the only place that we liked so we came here every day to drink cappuccino or espresso
Really nice decor, with plants and wooden furnishings (particularly on the second floor) really good tasting drinks (6 varieties of chocolate drinks alone!), but lacking in the usual range of fruit drinks you find in most places in vietnam.
Whenever I am in Da Lat I always visit this cafe. They make my double shot latte in a mug, just how I like it. Meet up with some expats and have a chat and a couple of coffees. The wait staff are friendly and...enjoy practising their english. Not sure on the other drinks they sell as I am mostly a coffee drinker. Nice to sit on the only table outside and watch the world go byMore
