The restaurant is located at Central Samui on level 2. The restaurant is very well air conditioned and never too busy during lunchtime, the booth seating is great as it gives you more privacy from other diners The food is good and the prices are slightly more than the food court. We had the set menu a few times, chicken... More

It is not the best Japanese restaurant on the island /check my other review or Ageha restaurant Just like another franchise restaurant, they keep their standard of food and service Many young waiters and waitresses, here is the main reasons I ate here several times They supported students who wants to collect some moneys after school My safe-best dish ever... Food and pricing are good. But service needs to buck up compare to other restaurants here. Besides Japanese restaurants are famous for being attentive. This is our 7th day here in Samui and full of compliments for the friendly and warm service here.

Yayoi represents a standard food chain overseas. Food is simple and tasty. In this case adapted and a little more spicy. Though it's fresh and taste good, they brought here appetizers after the main dishes... mistaken the order. But ok, it can happen.

Ashamed to admit that it's the first Japanese we've eaten even though we spent 3 weeks in Japan last year. Despite the negatives about service and bland food we found the service helpful, quick and pleasant with the food tasty and flavourful. 1 teriyaki chicken 1 Al la carté chicken stuffed with cheese, salad, miso soup and rice 1 Al... The service is good. All the staffs that served us are friendly. Also the portion of food is good. I ordered ramen. The soup of the ramen is very tasty and heavy. The price are very reasonable too.

We were happy to see Yayoi at Central Festival Samui. This restaurant chain is known to serve cheap, good Japanese food in Thailand. The sets were extensive. We did not know where to start! I ordered the premium bento which consists of saba fish, teriyaki chicken pieces, 3pieces of mini sushi, 3 balls of rice, small portion of salad at the... More

This place is a gem for me who loves the Japanese culture (specially its food!) They have this unlimited Green Tea for just 26 Baht in a cute beaker-like glass. The price is so cheap, and, the food is so fulfilling. Very large servings, and truly delectable! Also, it has a very peaceful ambiance, service is fast, staff are awesome,... More

The setting was pretty simple look like fast food restaurant. food serve was pretty simple but taste just fine if you are not so fussy. The price was very reasonable, the staff service was very good...just need to improve the food standard. But for the price paid is acceptable.
