Worse food in chiang mai. Straight from microwave very dry and flavourless. Don't bother with this place. Staff ignored us all evening and we were the only diners.

This appears to be a Restaurant that no one knows about. It's at the end of a quiet dead end Soi off Huay Kaew Road. I have never been there when there were more than one or two other customers. The food is good and reasonably priced. A great place to go if you enjoy solitude.

Very good food here with the exception of the duck (not great). The setting is very secluded and quiet. Well worth a visit.

There are not so many Vietnamese restaurants in Chiangmai. Less than Italian I guess. In this context if you like Vietnamese food you have to try Le Gong Kum. I personally prefere this restaurant over another. Staff sometimes is not very fast bot OK. Recommended

Friends invited me to try this Vietnamese restaurant. They've read so many good reviews. It's located inside a very small and quiet soi, walking distance from Maya shopping center. The restaurant is inside a beautifully decorated garden. Many items to view, almost like a museum. But when it came to the food, here I have to, unfortunately, stop praising this... More

The food at Le Gong Kum was wonderful. It was also very reasonably priced our dinner consisted of 4-5 dishes and totalled to less than 500b.

Located opposite Maya shopping mall. Wrong location on TA, google map is correct. Quirky design garden with birds in the cage greet Sawadee ka. Fresh Vietnamese spring rolls pretty authentic. Roast duck salad serve with deep fried rice ball is something different. Beef pho (noodles) is very much tasteless and not proper broth. The noodles sticking together in a lump.... More

I reviewed once before and downgraded them for mediocre ice cream and coffee. Since then, I've visited many times, and took my own advice: Just skip the ice cream and coffee. Once that's done . . . . . . this is undoubtedly one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in a long long time. We typically order the... More

I have been vsisting this Restaurant almost once a year for the last 10 years. The Service remains excellent, the food really special, and the ambient in the jungle garden with the mynah birds calling something from a story book. Had Beef-brochettes; pork cubes fried in garlic and pepper, spicy roasted duck salad, fried sticky rice balls and some steamed... More

Le Gong Kum restaurant is fantastic place. An authentic Vietnam cuisine. Very fresh and delicious. Service is good an prices are fine. The athomosphere of this hidden little dinning place is superb with a decoration that is one of a kind. Almost like fairy land or something. It is so nice to enter this peaceful place with your dear and... More
