Visited this restaurant a few days ago. Never had birmese food before but I loved it. Don't know for sure the meal that I had but it was something vegetarian with tofu. Great taste some of the best dishes I had the last few weeks.

Menu full of great meals. The green tea salad is a must. Their curries are delicious especially the Hinley curry. Highly recommended

Excellent burmese restaurant low priced. Food is great, tasty and full of flavors. I had an Inlay curry delicious at 110 thb Atmosphere is relaxing. Should say that the service is slow and not what it should be. Glass of house wine is average. Regarding...the food it's worth the detourMore

Was introduced to The Swan on a food tour and made sure to go back for a second meal! This place has outstanding vegetarian food. The pennywort salad had amazing flavor, was unlike anything I’ve had before. Also had a wonderful tomato and chili soup,...and tofu dish. Strongly recommend The Swan!More

First experience with Burmese cuisine, but definitely not the last.. Everything was delicious, tastes are subtitles and based on all the South East perfumes like lemongrass, coriander, garlic, curry, lime.. Portions are huge.. The place is a kind of green house with wooden table, very...clean, well kept and cozy.. Friendly service..More

We ate here four years ago on our first trip to Thailand. We remembered it when we returned to Chiang Mai this year and decided to try it again - especially as it was very close to our hotel. Food was just as good as...we remembered it. Made a change to have some Burmese food after pretty much nothing but Thai food for two weeks. Some similarities but the spices and flavourings are more like Indian food than Thai. Great choices, good prices and tasty food - what more do you want?!?More

Yes, many restaurants serve excellent salads also, either as features or as sides. The specialities here are Burmese food, however, not salads.
