So many choices from around Asia. Indian, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese all under one roof. There is a market and bars there as well. Kind of a one stop shop, but really enjoyable being able to sample the differences.

You order your food from any of the stalls which have various specialities. Prices range from 40 baht to about 80 baht (kebab). 50 baht seems a good average. Lovely food. I have tried many of the food stalls over the last week and a half and all are good. travellers to Singapore will see the similarity to the food... More

Has a little bit of everything. It really is a must visit while in Chiang Mai. The artists in the basement level do some amazing work. Often you will have quite a few working on pieces and you may watch them. It's quite a treat.

The Kalare has a great grouping of stalls and the whole area has the Thai night market feel but in a much more orderly manner. There's more then ample stalls for your selection to satisfy most of your cravings of Thai food. The place is clean and pretty well laid out. Good place for a night out for dinner.

I have been here many times before. When I came here today it was a bit different. No more buying coupons to pay with. Now you pay with cash to every seller. I went with my favorite dish here, khow soi chicken. It was exellent for 50 baht.

What a little gold mine. We bought 10 kebab sticks for 200THB ($$7) and they were ample for two people. The whole set up is fantastic leaning more toward the backpackers budget style foods but anyone can go there. I got a watermelon shake for less than a dollar and it was better than the one I bought in a... More

Not a pushy place . Nice and relaxing. Then we found the food areas down the back section just before the boxing stadium. Well 100 baht for 5 kebabs with sauces . Yum chicken , pork and meat balls. We had chicken and pork . Washed down with Chang and a fruit drink for my wife . So cheap .... More

This is a quiet night market and we enjoyed visiting each evening. Great mango sticky rice from a vendor. Touristy but not to pushy. Be sure to bargain for a lower price.
