It started from an absolute impression of the Pink City of India or as known as Chaipura. The elegant royal palace and houses in Chaipura are all pink. Pink is a color of beautiful love. Love is a major representation of tea, a well brewed tea is a tea brewed with heart. That makes the theme color of Vieng Joom On Teahouse pink, which can be easily recognized since the first step at Vieng Joom On. Vieng Joom On Tea House has up to 50 kinds of premium quality tea. Tea leaves are selected from famous tea planting places from all around the world. They were neatly produced with a standard production procedure for a good quality. Apart from premium tea, Vieng Joom On Teahouse also serves many refreshing desserts in a relaxing breathtaking atmosphere.

I met friends at this lovely place. After entering and getting a sense of place, it opens up into a large dining room with intriguing decorations.
The teas were good, one quite strong, and the food was good, all of it apparently (stealth) vegetarian, which is fine by me.
The service, however, could be described as indifferent, although friendly when it happened.

Alot of fun. They had so many diffrent labels and brands. Tasted 23 of the thes. Highly recommended for drinking atleast.

I do not usually review restaurants on Tripadvisor but the charm of this place was unexpected. A tea house on the river serving a wide range of teas and some unusual and tasty lunch items of an all-vegetarian menu. The decor is beautiful and the front of the restaurant is a shop selling packaged tea. If visiting the right bank of the river i'd urge a stop at this spot.

Located next to the river, and ancient town...you may reach the location on foot after crossing the bridge , and located on the right side. We ordered the 2 afternoon tea package, which for 4 persons. Ambience is nice and relaxing.
I'm not a tea lover, so I just feel nothing unique but mixture tea only. But cake are good!

Very elegant and beautiful and a must for those serious tea connoisseurs. Spent a lovely few hours catching up with friends here. We didn’t try the food or cakes but they looked lovely.

Tea lover must visit!
This place have very unique and also many varieties of tea without caffeine too also they provide vegetarian food , I loved this place and come many times for relaxing with friends ♥️

I don't usually eat here but I always buy their tea. It is truly delightful. My personal favorite is called Tender Orchid -- a blend of green tea, mango, papaya, rose petals, and raspberry. Nice atmosphere and lovely staff.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Food and atmosphere was very amazing. The decor is top notch and unique, and we were seated at the ground floor which was made up of 8-10 different themed concepts and design. Be sure to come earlier so that you could stumble around to take some nice photos!
The vegetable rice wrap and the Charcoal Waffle in Salted Egg Yolk was very unique and purely amazing in terms of the choice of ingredients, texture and taste wise never like anything I had before. My favourite tea is the Vieng Joom On blend : fruity, cinnamony.
Tell you something, I didn’t realise it was a vegan restaurant until a friend pointed this out, and the food was this good that none of us realised it was a full vegetarian menu.
There is also a tea shop at the storefront, which sells their best selling tea blends, tea accessories and gifts!

I'm a tea and coffee lover. So, this teahouse is located near the Ping river, nice view. They have a lot of tea you can choose. I suggest you to try tea named ChiangMai, tasty so nice and smell so good. If you are the one who loves tea. Try some and you will love it 🍵

For me, if you are tea lover, it's a must-visit. Although you are not, it's worth a visit.
Sitting next to the river, the house not only offers great view, but also quench your thirst with all kind of teas. We tried a high tea set and scone. They were good. They also served lunch but we did not try.
On way back, make sure to grab some tea.
Overall, it is a little pricey as a local Thai but it's worth what you pay.

Walk through the tea shop to the restaurant out the back and enter a quiet elegant place - perfect for a relaxing meal. This is not your average Thai restaurant. It's like dining in a 5 star hotel. Sit down and watch the Mae Naam Ping drift past - there's inside and outside tables.
We came here for brunch. We chose 3 plates of food to share from the extensive menu. The tea menu has so many hot and cold drinks to choose from - I was in tea heaven.
To eat we had lettuce cups with mushrooms, fresh spring rolls and omelette with asparagus. 2 iced teas completed our meal.
The food is delicious. Staff are professional.
Our meal was 840baht, well worth it.
This is the place to go for something special and out of the ordinary.

I had read on other blogs and city guides how beautiful and quaint it was inside. On the outside, it stood out with its Pepto Bismol paint but on the inside, it had a very different feel. There was still a great deal of pink accents interspersed throughout but it had a more exotic feeling with all the teas and accessories. On entering, you walked into the tea shop with bags of different types of tea, teapots and cups available for purchase and desserts in display cases beckoning you to sample them. The dining room opened up to the light as it was also riverside. The decor had a bit of an opulent Moorish vibe, with arched nooks carved into the walls and Moroccan inspired upholstery on the chairs and pillows
I had previously purchased the tea and dessert portion of the meal on Klook but we needed a more substantial lunch so we ordered a few other items off of the vegetarian menu. We started off with pot of a combination of black and green tea accented with Jasmine. It was quite smooth and fragrant. Then our main dishes arrived. The pesto sauce on the pasta was very rich and dense in flavor. It was definitely not doused in olive oil like in Italian restaurants. The mushroom roti, which was basically a quesadilla, was quite tangy and gooey and had a thousand island inspired sauce to dip it in or to top it off. Lastly the fresh crispy veggie spring rolls had a thin layer of scrambled egg as its outer shell giving it a unique spin making it more like a sushi roll rather than a tradition egg roll. Everything was quite delicious and though it had a similar and familiar foundation, the tea house built and enhanced the look and quality adding a different layer of taste and flavor to each dish. We finished off our experience with the three tiers of sweets. On the top tier was a tradition buttermilk scone and a not-so-traditional strawberry scone with a bit of butter and jam to accompany them. On the middle tier was a blueberry cheesecake with little chocolate butterflies on top of the small sections of cream. On the bottom layer were chunks of papaya, mango, Apple and cantaloupe.
It was about a $50 meal so definitely not Thai prices but the setting and relaxed vibe had a heightened luxury so it definitely set it apart from our standard day-to-day fare.

Our exterior and interior design have been inspired from city called Jaipur, India and match up the aspect of Lanna style (Northern Thai) and Morocco style, so you could get a different feeling when walk into our tea house.
