Staff is absolutely friendly. Food is great. Portions are perfect. Atmosphere is calm yet busy with traffic. Everytime I visit I come here.

This is a very popular Mexican in CM, and was packed on our arrival and we managed to get a table. The highlight of the evening was the dessert dish Banana burrito and ice cream, crispy well done burrito packed with Juicy bananas and a...big dolop of vanilla ice cream it looked so good l forgot to take a photo and dived straight in. Taco salad was nice and a wedge of lime would have helped as there is no dressing with the dish. The large chicken burrito didn't have any flavour at all , the accompanying salad was the tastiest part of the meal. Service was good.More

Enjoy the meal every time we go. We normally order Tequila and taco. We are local and we eat there every week. Recommend for everyone who loves Mexican food.

Delicious! I was there in January, I love Thailand but I a little tired for the food, I’m Mexican and when I saw Miguel’s Cafe I said..it’s waiting for me! I ate a guacamole, quesadillas and salsa like my home, thanks a lot I enjoyed...so much, I felt my México so close than me.More

I'm born and raised in Texas. I know Tex-Mex. Miguel's far surpassed my expectations of just something decent resembling Tex-Mex but absolutely nailed it.I think most importantly was that there tortillas were good. Not 'good for Thailand' but legitimately good. Ordered crunchy beef taco and...a chicken fajita a la carte. The prices are a bit high (understandable for western food) but the portions were huge. Two tacos at about 160 baht or so are plenty for a complete meal. To top it all off, they made a killer margarita too. If you and your stomach need a break from the khao soi and other delicious Thai food as mine did, you would be well advised to check out Miguels.More

Enjoyed it so much, we ate here 3 times over 2 weeks. Excellent menu choice, burritos, tacos, nachos, fajitas, all the usual Mexican fare. I had the veggie quesadilla which was really nice, fresh & tasty. The quesadilla would’ve been a little better if it...was slightly crispier. Also ate the fish tacos, which came with a spicy salsa, also fresh & tasty. The batter was overcooked, but it was still enjoyable and at 85baht, it was really good value. Staff were really friendly and attentive and it was great value for money too. Would visit again next time I’m in Chaing Mai.More

My partner and I ate here on our last night in Chiang Mai as it was right near our hotel and we’d walked past it every day! My partner had the chicken tacos which he really really enjoyed and said were tasty and a good...portion size. I had the chicken enchiladas, when it arrived there was only one which I didn’t expect so I ended up having to order some fries afterwards due to the small portion size! Nevertheless it was still really tasty - I just wanted more!More

Overall: if you’re craving american Mexican, this place is recommended. Pros: take out was quick, cheese enchilada, cheese and salsa quesadilla, and mini burrito (beef) were all great, in order of preference. Portions were a good value for a large eater Average: rice and beans,...guac, chicken taco were all average, but tasty. If they are what you want, you won’t go wrong. Don’t order these if looking for something revolutionary Cons: chips aren’t great, seem very overdone. My order contained lettuce on the taco, which was requested to be left off and repeated back to me via phone. FYI: the foil at the bottom of the to go boxes is very thin and you may end up eating some of it. I recommend being careful or re-platingMore

We fancied a change to Thai food and my kids love Mexican food, so we thought we’d try Miguel’s. We weren’t disappointed. The food was all delicious and the waitress was very helpful.
