We can here as we stayed nearby and wanted something local. This restaurant is located across from Emporium and in a small house. We came at 8pm and it was only half full. Ordered green curry duck, Tom yam gai and a good mix of vegetable. My fav was the green curry duck. Overall very good experience for some local... More

It has been 17 years since myself and my then girlfriend ( now wife ) visited Lemongrass , I still love the food , location is good , price is fine , so really it should easily earn a 4 star , but the service is just frustrating , order 4 dishes , 3 arrive , given a spoon of... More

Went to eat with local expats who know the place well. They ordered about 8 starters which were all very tasty and different, these served as main course. Throroughly enjoyed the meal although I did not know exactly what each dish was. This was followed by fried banana and ice cream desert. The eatery was not very busy and service... More

It served authentic and delicious Thai food. The restaurant was might not look very cool, and it was quite hidden along a dark alley; however, the food was great, especially their Fish Cake!

Great service and excellent food. We went with some Thai friends and they ordered the food. Excellent selection of good and strangely different, yet tasty, taro and coconut ice-cream. We were told that were lucky to be there as the restaurant will be closed down and moved to a different location as a new condominium will be placed where it... More

Food is decent but price is slightly on the high side. Place is easily missed at the signage is not very clear but it is just a few steps away from Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok. Deco of restaurant is of traditional thai style but service staff dont seem to be very welcoming. You can try it out if you are staying... More

If you want to try a range of decent Thai food with good service but want to stay away from street food, this is not a bad place to go.Usually take friends that are on first visit to Bangkok here as it provides a balanced entry point to local cuisine. Nothing much to rave about the decor and don't be... More

This restaurant is small and unobtrusive across from the Emporium Suites Hotel. But, the service, the food and the ambiance are outstanding! This is one of those “well-kept secrets” of Bangkok. The building is fairly small, with soft lighting and typical Thai decor. The menu is entirely Thai.and the food delicious! The presentation is very nice and the staff very... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
