Secret garden is most famous for its tearoom where you have the best crepe cake and tea in town, but in the dining room you will also be surprised by the authentic Thai cuisine! The staff are attentive, but bring a local along for the ride to order as language can be an issue at times. During the cooler months... More

Very simple Thai dishes at a reasonable price. Nothing fancy but the taste is very good. Basic but good food.

The atmosphere of this restaurant resembles a stale coffee shop. And the menu appears to consist of generic Thai food. However, everything changes once you taste the food. We began our meal with the spicy string bean salad with saute shrimp. The taste from this dish was simply 'out of this world' ! The flavors were so striking that we... More

The first impression is not good because the restaurant is on a trafficated street. When you are inside the restaurant everything changes... Nice location, excellent food, extraordinary courtesy of the staff.. The price is proportionated to the quality of food.

Birthday celebration with family. Signature dish sesame chicken and grill sea bass are both good. However, Raw shrimp with fish sauce is not so fresh. Crepe cake is delicious

Ate here twice with our family. Food was mostly tasty and reasonably priced. Lot of locals eating there. Second time pad thai was very bland and gluey, which should be easy to get right for a thai restaurant. Service was prompt and attentive. Nice to sit outside in the evening, inside nice and cool with good a/c

Visited wirh friends for dinner and although my friends had been on another occassion i had not. The decor is certainly not a mood style restaurant its purlely for eating. The food is the run of the mill Thai food a bit tired but palatable although the Larb balls are quite yummy . Not expensive although plenty far better in... More

Staying in Sathorn

Neighborhood Profile
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
