Situated near Sathorn the restaurant is in a container! Much smaller from their original Sathorn road site the menu is recognisable! The menu is much smaller now, containing their best selling items only. Taste is still the same and price is reasonable! Service is acceptable! The site contains mainly steel containers shops and has a car park behind the restaurant. The site is not as grandeur as their former site!

Set in the shady area of heritage Wooden Thai house, this Thai restaurant serves a fine Thai dining but at a bit pricey one. We love its cafe serving best crepe cake.

We had dinner here with 7 people. The service and foods were good. The foods came out sparadily took a while for all our dishes to arive. Some were almost finished when the last one was served. Luckily we were in no hurry. It was not too busy so we do not know what the problem was. There was a language barrier witht he help that did not speak english! The desserts are tremendous! There are plenty of seating outdoors as indoors.

Used to be very good but now all fish dishes including basic seabass ones cost 1000 baht, compared to about 400 baht elsewhere. Rip-off.

The Secret Garden is a house turned restaurant & café set in an English style surrounded by a garden. We saw huge garden pots which were accompanied by small dwarf figurines. Upon entering, we were asked whether we wanted to have a heavy meal or just cakes as apparently, there were 2 separate sections to the premises; a restaurant for a proper meal & the other was a cafe for tea. We decided on the restaurant as we were curious to see the menu.
The interior was very creative. White brick walls with grey lines or borders, pine coloured tables & chairs & artsy ceiling lamp shades certainly caught my eye. The restaurant had a very comfortable & relaxed setting for diners. To our surprise, it was actually a Thai restaurant. We opted for cake instead since that was the initial plan.
The café section was smaller & the interior was very English. As you enter the café, the grey feature wall was decorated with many picture frames, other walls were hues of blue & purple, glass windows were adorned with white curtains & the sofa like chairs were blue. There was also a high table with high chairs in the earlier section of the entrance. A small miniature garden sits on top of the table. There was also another entrance & an artsy chandelier hangs down from the ceiling, greeting customers.
There were many cakes to choose from. However, the one which my friend wanted to try was not available. And so she chose the Thai Tea cake over the salted caramel one to go with her Americano. I finally settled on the chocolate lava cake with strawberries. Both cakes were delicious. I never thought that Thai Tea flavoured cake would taste good. It was light & fluffy!
Will definitely visit this place again to check out their other cakes!

I enjoy eating a meal with friends in this branch of Secret Garden. But it's more for the company than the food. While the food is good, there are many other places in Bangkok with better food. It is the service and ambience that make Secret Garden attractive. And the beers are quite cold, too.

We organised a company dinner for 40 persons in this restaurant. Food served rather cold, and its mediocre, taste is standards, bill is very high. Approximately USD 80 per person. Cakes are not fresh but traditional Thai dessert is better.

I came here today with my partner. A glass of house wine was 350 baht. Now I live in Bangkok 20 years and I know tax on wine is very heavy but I have never ever been asked for 350 baht (almost 12$ US ) for a glass of house wine. I live within 150 metres of this restaurant but last time I will ever be in this place, and when asked for recommendations this will be on the blacklist. I rarely give such a negative review but sorry this pricing ( also the menu 1,600 for a fish which is 400 maximum in most restaurants). Bye Secret Garden

The bright and clean place with air-conditioned interior and some tables outside.
Pretty long menu, with typical Thai specialities. The food was rather average and has been served in unattractive way.
Prices are acceptable and the restaurant is busy both in lunch and dinner time.

Had read the reviews prior to going so made sure to book a table. Couldn't get through by phone so ended up having to go there personally to make a dinner reservation. Certainly comes alive at night up on the rooftop, with a lovely breeze and lovely lights. Food was delicious. Lots of choices for the meat and seafood eaters but a little word of warning for the vegetarians...there is not many options and those choices that there is for the vego's seem to be really popular so if your booking is for later in the evening then stuff seems to sell out. There was two things on the menu that I couldn't order because there was none left so ended up with two plates of green vege's. All in all, still it's a great little spot and everyone else in our group were very happy with their food and choices.

We sat outside in the garden setting as it was a pleasant evening, the inside looked cutesy and very non-Thai.
Service was good and the food was OK but nothing special. My wife had mixed seafood and I broke a rule about eating pasta in Thailand and had creamy white wine sauce on spaghetti and seafood. The spaghetti was cooked well but the seafood was thin on the ground.
I lashed out on a Belgian beer and my wife had Thai fruit tea drink. All that added up to 1000 baht for a pleasant but first world experience. I'm sure it's possible to do better in this area.

A bit disappointed on this restaurant. We have dinner around 8pm, but lots of food are already sold out. The food is not that tasty indeed, which is below average in Bangkok. The desert is just so so as well. The environment is nice, especially the outdoor. However, I will not try it again. There is lots of good food around.

Service, food and inadequate behavior of staff can not relate price and restaurant status. I don’t recommend this place

Outside sitting in back with fairy lights at night, rather peculiar frilly white interior but it certainly differs from the usual Thai restaurant ambience, odd but in its own way memorable.
Friendly, casual, fast service with good food - river prawns and sea bass prepared many different ways, for example, and I was pleased that the English menu identified which fish dishes were tilapia, which I prefer to avoid.
