Just near asoke BTS you'll find this small restaurant that might it look like much but they serve great authentic food for a very cheap price. You'll see many locals eating there as well which kind of prove its value.

Went eating there after reading some good reviews. The location is excellent - right out of the Asok BTS station, in the busy and lively Sukhumvit area. Prices are average, but too high for the quality of food - Spring rolls dripping oil, chicken wrapped in Pandan leaves (Gai Hor Bai Toey) overcooked, Som Tam had a floury after taste... More

Probably one of the tastiest Thai curries I have ever eaten. Ate there 2 nights in a row and will be back again when I return to Bangkok! Delicious 😋

Stumbled across this hidden gem tucked away in a little alley near the sky train stop. Delicious food with great fresh flavours and generous portions. The setting is informal and the plates are plastic but this doesn't detract from the fantastic food. Returned to eat multiple times! 😍😊

My wife has been wanting to learn how to cook a genuine Thai curry since we came to visit Bangkok. We ate at the Suda restaurant and really liked their Red and Green curry and really liked it. She asked the owner is she could show her how to make it. She was told to come back during the afternoon... More

I returned to Suda today after last being there 12 years ago. I was worried that my memories of the food was over blown - but thankfully my experience was better than my memory. The location and setting are not for everybody - especially if you into fine dining. This is street side setting in open air just off the... More

On the numerous occasions that I have eaten at Suda it has become increasingy the case that more and more expats/tourists are visiting. The downside I think is that the food has become more ordinary and lacking in zip and the service is a bit slower. Its also gotten more expensive. Is no longer the option is once was for... More

If you are not into being too adventurous in the eating department, but want to have a good street kitchen experience, then I would definitely recommend Suda. The food is so good, and very thai. The clientele is a mix of thais and turists/expats. And if you do not mind plastic tablecloths etc it is a great experience. Not fancy... More

School canteen chic. You might struggle to find the Suda, as it is just up a lane off Sukhumvit Road, but it is well worth making the effort. Open front onto the street, fans keep you cool, pleasant staff, good food, reasonable prices, an ideal place for a Singha beer and nibbles in the afternoon, or go back after tea... More
