The seasoning and execution of the kebabs was excellent with only a few out of several dozen that came out a bit on the dry side. In order to justify the price of the weekend brunch buffet, the selection of meat kebabs available should be...expanded. The oven used for making pizza was broken when I visited, which should again be addressed by an early morning test of the equipment with a near noon opening. I let them know I did not drink alcohol and was brought a mocktail without asking what flavors I liked and it was not to my taste, which should have instead have been based on a request of what flavors I enjoy. Since I have a love of Indian food, I spent a week eating at most of the Indian restaurants I could find in and outside Pahurat. I would say that Charcoal had among the best of the non curry meat offerings when accounting for seasoning and execution, but at the price point more variety is needed to produce an overall culinary experience that is superior to what could be ordered a la carte at other Bangkok Indian restaurants.More

What a fabulous reccommendation from a friend. The cocktails were amazing (including some brilliant presentation), and the food was exceptional. While we love Thai food (and had some great meals while in Thailand), we all agreed this was the best meal of the holiday! And...they have a paan shop to finish off the delicious meal. A must visit when in Bangkok.More

I was just shocked to have to pay £45 for a bottle of wine that is £6 in the UK in...every corner shop. And then charged over £10 for service as well. Great atmosphere surrounded by stylish decor, the food and drink menus are unique, everything is served up beautifully. The Bharwan tandoori aloo is especially delicious.
