We were on a day trip to Bangkok and had stopped for lunch at spicy by nature . The place is very well made, clean and well trained staff . due to covid there were very less people so service was quick . we had...ordered ,Panner kadai, veg biryani, missi roti ,butter roti and kulfi to finish . The food was good to taste but the panner dish could improve as per the name mention or style of preparation . Roti and rice was perfect. Kulfi was great and a must try dish of the menu . They also have nice indian sweet counter to choose from .or if some one is visiting any friend they can carry bunch of ready sweet from the place. Good luck guys. You staff is great .More

The restaurant is located on Ekkmai main Road and it is in walking distance from BTS Ekkamai. The service was good. The food was tasty and came with quite a big portion with reasonable price. However, the food was less spicy than I expected but...still good overall. Nan wa amazing. One of the best nan I had in Indian restaurants in Bangkok. I ordered one paneer tikka butter and one chicken tikka massala with butter nan bread. All were good. Highly recommended it.More

We ordered delivery many times and I think it wouldn’t fair if I didn’t write the review. We loved their food very much. Not oily like typical Indian food. The taste in every dishes are very harmonious. We were never let down. Thank you for...cooking such a wonderful food.More

As far as Indian food in Bangkok goes, you can probably find something cheaper if you wanted, but the prices here are actually very reasonable for the neighborhood (especially if you stick to the extensive selection of vegetarian curries). I tried four different curries -...all absolutely mouthwatering, delicately spiced and just the right amount of heat. The paneer stuffed with dried fruit really stood out. This is one of the best North Indian restaurants I've been to anywhere (and I was literally in North India a few weeks before trying this place). Highly recommended!More

I went there tonight and sat down and ordered a Kingfisher beer. I asked for a nice cold one. The "server," with a scowl on her face that was so creepy, barked some inanity like "Yeah? What do you want?!" So I repeated the request,...and she just glared at me like Ailene Wuornos and re-barked her foul utterance. That was the last straw. I asked for the manager, who quickly appeared and lamely tried to diffuse the situation by saying "Thank you, sir," apropos of nothing, while the sole other customer watched and nodded in strong agreement with what I was saying. I just walked out. It was a wasted trip to a place I should never have given another chance to, and never will again.More

I reviewed Spicy by Nature on the 28th August whilst we were there and enjoying the food and I gave it 5 stars. I have had to delete that review to leave this one. I am not prone to giving poor reviews but I have...to this time. Unfortunately in the early hours of the following morning I started to feel ill, we had an early morning flight which I managed to make and the subsequent transfer. However once we got to our next hotel I spent 48 hours in bed, only getting up to be sick or have diarrhoea, and a further four days recovering. My wife and I had similar food to me, but she didn't have any of the chicken dish. And that's what we think did it. Whether it was poor personal hygiene by the chef, old chicken or poor storage, or maybe it had been reheated several times we will never know. But I cannot now recommend this restaurant and I would say avoid completely, there are many others in the area that are worth trying.More

Looked at all the great reviews and ordered Chicken Jalfrezi. To my shock, it was horrible. This is supposed to be a dish made with rich Indian spices and curd if well prepared. But it seems it was made with some tomato sauce you use...for Chinese food preparations. Was orangish color instead of red made with boiled chicken pieces with no marination whatsoever. To further add to the frustration, it was infested with whole coriander seeds. Had about 5 to 8 of them in every bite which was so pathetic in taste and very disturbing. Overall, this was a disaster of a recipe and I think it has been made with sauces rather than true Indian spices by a cook who has no knowledge or understanding of Indian cuisine and basically CHEATING people who have no idea about Indian dishes.More

I went to this place the other night. One tall waiter stood watching TV in the dining room the entire time I was eating. He was almost facing my table. I felt very uncomfortable. I couldn't really enjoy the meal. The management should move the...TV to the back so that he and other staff can watch it, without bothering the customers. No one goes to a restaurant to watch TV. We go there to enjoy a relaxing meal. Also, when I asked for the food I didn't finish to be wrapped so I could take it home, he told me "We can't wrap the salad." I asked why. He couldn't answer. Of course, the notion that dry vegetables can't be wrapped is simply ridiculous, and, because I didn't surrender, he did what I asked for. Why should such a simple thing be a struggle for a customer? The food is pretty good, though it's overpriced.More

We’ve visited this place twice while staying in bkk for one and a half month. We ordered butter chicken and chicken tikka masala with rice/garlic naan with sweet/mango lassi. All food were super yummy. Second visit was fun it was saturday(saturday and sunday are buffet...day). A lady who works there showed us how to eat a little crunch ball with sauce and even made some for us. Also you can order naan as much as you want. Great survive and food!More
