On my first or second day I went to this place. I didn't have a lot of experience in the authentic Thai cuisine, so lots of new things where excited and tasty. But I didn't knew, that in these 2 days, I would eat the...best Pad Thai I ever had. Not one Pad Thai I ate after this came near. Yes, there was a queue, but that wasn't a huge problem, and it's definitely worth it. I was here in May 2018, but I guess it didn't changed much.More

Thip Samai is known to be one of the best Pad Thai places in Bangkok if not all of Thailand. Expectations were high stepping in through the doors. (No wait with all the tourists gone) The place as such is no longer “street food” like...but more of a restaurant. The Pad Thai came out great, indeed one of the better ones I’ve ever eaten. The orange juice didn’t disappoint either.More

I went here after hearing all the reviews and was expecting to have to wait a long time, I must have been the lucky one, I went around 8/830pm and there wasn't a line, I walked right into the restaurant, thinking maybe I had the...wrong place, but once inside I recognized it from all the pics. The server showed me to my table, offered me hand sanitizer (covid-19 had just been announced less than two weeks before) and clean tissues. I ordered the famous orange juice.... I actually normally HATE orange juice with pulp, but this was the exception, it was the freshest most delicious orange juice I've ever had... And I ordered the shrimp pad Thai wrapped in egg. It was so delicious. I would honestly suggest everyone go to try. You won't regret it!More

I came here for my final meal before heading back home as I was told it was the best pad Thai in Bangkok. The queues were huge but there is a take-away option if you didn’t want to wait. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and...the service was great. It’s is very busy in side and there is quite minimal space but it didn’t take away from my enjoyment at all, but is worth thinking about if that’s not your bag.More

Came to Bangkok as part of a cruise excursion and they brought us here. And wow! Hands down the best food I think I’ve ever had. If I’m ever back in Bangkok, I will definitely be coming here.

Get the Superb Pad Thai- the pad thai wrapped in a delicate egg omelet. Not only is the presentation in a class of its own, the contents of the delicious omelet are the most delicious pad thai I've ever tasted. The sauce was rich and...sweet with an option to add your own amounts of peanuts and spice- lots of both, please. There can be a small line to get in, but it is well worth the wait. My best meal in Bangkok by a mile!More

Went to visit Thip Samai and i loved the king prawn pad thai! So yummy! Super quick and pretty affordable! I was lucky enough that i always managed to arrived right before a really long line formed. I ended up walking a block away because...in my grab I drove by a huge Bob Marley painting and i was curious about it. After grabbing my food, i walked back and ended up meeting one of the purest souls i've ever met - Armo! he owns a pop up bar and now does reggae night there. If you're ever in the area, grab your to-go pad thai, walk back to Armo's bar and have a beer or two and some awesome conversation about life experiences - tell him the black girl from New York sent you! My heart is forever changed from that encounter and it's all because i went to Thip Samai that night.More

No words for this restaurant! Really really good! But if you want to stay a bit after dinner is not 'possible' (they have a line outside) and make a Huge pressure for you live. But.... You should try!!!
