Very nice place and one of best pad thai eaten in Bangkok. Highly recommended. The prices are a bit over average but definetely more than acceptable.

Amazing food, great service and the pad Thai is just incredible, would definitely recommend this lovely place! + filled with locals, which is always a great sign :)
Thone of our first stops in Bangkok we loved it. The customer service very good. The pad Thai was great and the prices aren’t too bad either
We had a fun dinner at this place but I'm not sure it's even close to the "best" pad thai. What we liked- fun atmosphere with the chef cooking in front, we were seated quickly, friendly service, decent pad thai, mix of locals and tourists....Didn't like- the menu is very limited, only one vegetarian pad thai and spring rolls, otherwise all seafood pad thai and nothing else. Would be nice if they sold beer. The pad thai was good but not above many other places. So go if you are nearby but not worth going out of the way for.More

It should be the culinary highlight in Bangkok. Total failure. Finally at the table after a long wait. The atmosphere has factory character, everything runs as if on an assembly line. The choice of food is ridiculous. Shrimp and that's it. The taste is completely...off the mark if you otherwise know street food. The best thing was the fresh orange juice, but I can also enjoy it at home. Conclusion: total failure.More
We were actually going to jai fai but they sold out. Tested this place because of the queue. The pad Thai was good but nothing different than a Padthai elsewhere. We tested 3 different dishes and spring rolls. The one wrapped in egg was best...of them.More
Disappointing, those looking for a true Thai culinary experience keep away from this place, only hygiene in line with European standards is appreciable. Three different dishes but with the exact same flavor, ultimately a place with very high prices where you can eat in a...rather cheap way Deludente , chi cerca una vera esperienza culinaria thai si tenga distante da questo locale , apprezzabile solo l igiene in linea con gli standard europei . Tre piatti diversi ma con lo stesso identico sapore , in definitiva un locale con prezzi altissimi dove si mangia in modo piuttosto dozzinaleMore
My partner and I are staying at a hotel down the road from Thipsamai. We saw the long queues over the past couple of nights and our sheep instincts took over :). We managed to get in within 10 minutes this evening (Monday night, 7.30pm,...straight after a rainstorm which probably discouraged people from queuing beyond the canopy!). We noticed that several dishes are shown on the displays outside, but we were only given a limited menu… all good as we planned to order Pad Thais anyway. I ordered the standard 150B Pad Thai and my partner was upsold a 500B version with loads of crab and other seafood (which I was glad to assist him with finishing). The standard Pad Thai was good, but the noodles were a bit claggy. The accompaniments (beansprouts, green veg, peanuts, lemon juice, sugar, chilli) are served separately, and it’s a bit hard to know how much to add and to distribute them through the clump of noodles. Glad I went, but I must admit I’ve had a more enjoyable Pad Thai in Melbourne! Very good service and the fresh OJ went down well, with lots of chunks of orange in it.More
Used to go here everytime I visit Bangkok (which around twice a year). Due to the pandemic it was my first time back since they renovated. Went there for Sunday lunch only to learn that dine in is only starts at 5pm. Had to order...take out. Greatly disappointed. The pad thai was just okay. No longer came with the usual sides (banana heart) and they would not even give me extra nampla. I miss the old thipsamai.More
The long queue to get a table suggested this was going to be good! Once inside the staff were so friends and helpful. We ordered 3 pad Thai dishes. All were delicious. Full of locals which is always a good sign. No alcohol served
This is the best pad thai in Bankok. Very Recommended for all people who will be visit Bangkok. Also must be try the orange juice and ice coconut that they have. Very frest. Don’t forget to try Padthai that Micellin was recomended. I give 10...tumbs for it😍More
- Totally overrated. The signature pad thai is as good as the one I ate for lunch in the night bazaar in Chiang Mai. - Too touristic. They sell it as a local place but is like going to the Planet Hollywood of the Pad...Thai. - Service is very nice but the room manager is a bit rude. He doesn't hesitate to speak in Thai in front of you to the waitress in lower voice to tell her blablablas about the guests. - They didn't let us pay by card, only cash. We needed to go to an ATM. - They deactivated the google reviews.....🤔More
Staff were very friendly. Clean environment. Open kitchen so you can see the fresh food and chefs cooking. The food was delicious, I had the vegetarian Pad Tai. The orange juice is worth a try although an acquired taste. I would recommend a visit if...you are looking for places to eat.More
We ate at 11pm, no queues but we were not sat in the main restaurant area. The menu (to our surprise) is quite limited, but we both ordered the Michelin starred and recommended dish with fresh orange juice as our drink. The food was incredible...- can’t fault it, if you like good pad Thai and seafood this is THE place to go in Bangkok. Unfortunately, I found a dead/cooked beetle in the dish but the staff were extremely apologetic and took the dish off the bill and gave me a souvenir as an apology. Besides the beetle and the limited drinks menu, a gorgeous place worth its reviews with fantastic food and great fresh orange juice. Will not be going again - but glad I went once.More
