recommendable place, it is a small family restaurant where they serve great food. everything is supervised by a nice owner who is always in the room with the guests. for the first time in our lives we ate such delicious crabs in chilli sauce, prawns...served in a delicious dark sauce and at the end the best pad thaia I have ever eaten. Thank you very much for taking care of us and ordering transport to the night market in Patpong :)!More

This is the food you only dream about having at home. Very dissatisfied was well prepared with nicely balanced but no punch pulled seasoning. The Tumeric Fish was buried in perfectly fried garlic. The crab was fresh and nicely seasoned. Service was good.

Huge menu for both food and drinks. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options and fair prices. Food is excellent and very authentic - a lot of Thai clients seem to think likewise. Outstanding service.

Delicious southern Thai food although the food was probably too spicy for us. We are from Hong Kong and usually eat less spicy.

Our first visit and it’s great. As there were 9 of us, we were given a nice private corner which worked really well with 4 kids. We ordered different types of food. The Tom yum soup didn’t look spicy but it was very spicy, a...nice spicy thought the wing beans salad with peanuts looked spicy but it wasn’t too bad and tasted wonderful. Crab fry rice, we ordered 3 and it was all eaten by the kids. Tofu meat ball soup was yummy. And the dry beef was apparently so good that the guys had to order a 2nd round. The green curry with tofu tasted really great... Everything was good except the price is on the higher end. 120 THB (or 140 THB) for a young coconut was a bit steep when the wholesale price is usually 20-30 THB each. Same goes for the break drink. It’s a good place to bring visitors as it’s slightly off the beaten track.More

A nice cozy restaurant with charming service. The meals were really good and definitely not too expensive. We also appreciated they served Thai craft beers - I wish more restaurants would do this instead of the boring Chang/Singha/Heineken choice.

I decided to try this restaurant after reading the reviews. This was the worse thai food i have ever had. I tried the Pad Woonsen Dok Kajon Goon, stir-fried glass noodles(i really like them) with cowslip creeper flower and prawns. Everything was extremely greasy, no...flavor at all. Not a drop of spicy(i love spicy dishes). The flower has an interesting flavor, but the the amount of grease was ridiculous. Completely empty, servers did not know english, usually is not a problem at all. Do not recommendMore

As other reviewers have noted, this is a traditional Southern Thai restaurant that has a nice flair while being cozy and relaxed. Well spaced tables, table cloths, and a nice craft beer selection make this a cut above many other local places yet the prices...are quite good. Despite dining alone, I ordered three dishes because there were so many items on the menu demanding my attention. My traditional Pad Thai with shrimp was chosen based on a recommendation from a friend as a chance t eat it so well prepared. My friend was right, as this was far and away better than the typical street food version, with well balanced spices and plump, fresh shrimp. I wanted to try a dry curry for some spice but not be overwhelmed, so I chose the Khua Kling Moo Sab, which is a stir-fried spicy Southern Thai-style dry curry with minced pork. This dish was superb, as the dry curry was spicy without distracting from the flavor of the pork, which remained tender despite being minced. My server confirmed my choice of Moo Hong as a good way to try another Southern Thai dish. This is sweet pork braised with herbs and soy sauce that wonderfully offset the spicier pork and was so flavorful, I ate the entire entree despite it being one of three. too good to just have a taste. I strongly recommend Khua Kling as a place to have great food at a reasonable price as well as a place to go with friends for a cozy atmosphere that is a step up from many local places.More
