My partner and mother came for lunch and while the venue is very interesting, the service and meal ruined our experience. We took our time with the menu, which is quite extensive, but the waiters kept hovering which made us feel rushed. We ordered a...starter and three main meals. The starter was lovely and so was the chicken curry. However, the main meals all arrived at different times. The Chashu pork was mostly fat, very little meat, and they brought it with different rice than was shown on the menu, which did not taste fresh or good. Even though we complained about the Chashu pork, they were not at all helpful and did not get back to us about a solution but just took the meal away. After waiting a while for the final main meal to arrive, we followed up with the waiter and he asked what the order was and seemed to have no idea that it hadn’t arrived even though someone at the table was sitting without a meal. We then had to order it again and it only came a while later. Not worth the visit.More
