This pizza place is very popular; there's always a line to get in as the place is very small with limited seating. One reason for the popularity is that they sell pizza by the slice (customers can mix and match the kinds of pizza they...order) rather than being forced to order an entire pizza. They use quality ingredients and the crust is tasty, but too dry in my opinion. I ordered a slice of Pizza Margherita and one other (forget now) and both would have been better with more tomato sauce. Service very good and very friendly. In my view, the pizzas are over-rated, but the great service and efforts of the staff are laudable and appreciated.More
Great Italian joint. Good pizza. Better to eat in than take away. Good vegan options. Good service. Easy location under ASOK BTS and next to Terminal 21. Prices average 400-500 baht per plate.
Filling snack, lunch or dinner. Tasty crust and just the right amount of toppings. Service was good and attentive, too, especially for it being in a busy area.
Always busy, great fresh pizza and reasonable prices. Will visit again. They do takeaway pizza slices for 110 baht and delicious.
Really nice place, just a bit small for all the guests. I needed to wait around 20 minutes to get a table as it seems always full. The have many different Pizza, noodles and dishes. I tried the Pizza with 5 different cheese which was...really great. Don't take the biggest Pizza, otherwise you will explode. Friendly staff and good cooks.More
Not only because the place in itself is really not that big, and people are literally sitting elbow-to-elbow to dine there. The other reason is that the pizza are just excellent. We had a business dinner there with a colleague, and I was craving so...much for pizza that I ended up overordering. Pizza comes in square slices, so you can try different styles. Had six pieces, and I really struggled finishing them. They also serve Italian beer, Menabrea, draft, and have a couple of different bottled beers from a small but quite famous Italian beermaker, Baladin. Ended up dinner on a sweet note, with a bite of babà al rum, a typical Neapolitan pastry, and a decent espresso coffee. Despite some old reviews complaining about the treatment from the waitresses, I found all of them kind and smiling, so that’s an added bonus to a place where I will surely return to enjoy more pizzas!More
Brilliant Pizza Simply amazing Pizza, one of the best Pizza I have had around the world. Nice causally and quick service atmosphere, open till late and with full service bar. Recommended…!
Great service and very tasty for family, vegetarian. Great pizza, great bread! Friendly for kids.really enjoyed our time in this special restaurant.
I visited regularly this place for several years. The pizza sold here is not the classic, round Neapolitan one, but an elongated one, sold by the slice ("al trancio"). The reason is (as the name of the restaurant suggests) that what is sold here is...the Roman version of the Neapolitan pizza which, in Italian, is called "Pinsa (romana)". But don't let you be fooled by the format. The pizza (or pinsa) is just excellent, made with proper ingredients and tastes really good. The dough, the tomato paste, the cheeses and cold cuts used to prepare it, all are perfectly in line with the best Italian tradition, and this has been consistently true, since this business was established, approximately 10 years ago. Pastas was a bit of a disappointment (I had the Amatriciana and, I admit, I am a bit spoiled when it comes to pastas). My friends, locals and expats, love the Tiramisu' (I am not fond of desserts). Prices are very affordable, considering the quality of the food on offering and the good service. As a consequence, the place is usually packed with a happy, mix crowd of locals, expats and tourists: expect some waiting before a table becomes available.More
Excellent pizza that you can buy by the slice. Good variety from basic tomato to 4 cheese to salmon. Something for all tastes. Slices are big and 2 or 3 should fill you. This restaurant is always busy and it's super popular. They also have...a full Italian menu to choose from, not only pizza. Located directly under Asok BTS and next to Sukhumvit MRTMore
Quick dining , the place is not spacious but comfortable enough to dine with Friends and Families. Right at Terminal 21 Asoke , easy to get there via BTS or you can park at Terminal 21.
Very good and interesting variety of pizzas and pastas. Portions were quite generous. Service was prompt. Staff was helpful with her recommendations. Highly recommend this place.
I’ve been going here for Italian food whenever I am in Bangkok and it didn’t disappoint last week. A no-nonsense high table setting signals that it’s not a fancy Italian eatery but that it is letting the menu do the talking. The efficient kitchen and...waitresses bring your orders to the table quickly so you can grab a quick bite and be out of there in no time or just sit by the window and watch the people and traffic go by over a couple of glasses of wine or beer. The menu is varied in it’s offerings of appetizers, salads, soups, paninis, main courses, pastas and of course pizza. Everything I have tried from it was authentic Italian, delicious and the portions are quite large. They have a limited but good wine list as well as other beverages. The prices are quite reasonable. They also have a takeaway open to the street so you can grab a quick bite on the run. So next time you’re in the Sukhumvit area and fancying some Italian fare, drop by at this place. It’s well worth it.More
