I finally decided to try this restaurant that's very close to my place. Every time u would pass by - it's always full and on some days there's line outside for people waiting to be seated. "food must be really that good'" It sure was!!!...Staff were really friendly band good was serve quickly as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.More
We'll hit this place sometimes when we're in True Digital Park. We're always very happy with the food and service. The staff is really courteous and attentive, and the food is really tasty -- great if you're looking for a little bit of a change...from Thai. The ribeye banh mi sandwich is awesome, as is the pho...generous portions and really reasonably priced. If you're out that way, or if you live in the area, it's worth a visit!More

I can't judge whether the food was authentic Vietnamese (it's been a long time since I was in Vietnam), but fresh and delicious it was. We had to wait quite a long time for our food, even though there weren't that many customers. The authentic...Vietnamese drip coffee was so expensive (around THB 150, $5) that we skipped it. Looking forward to trying the Vietnamese sandwich next time.More

The food was really bad. I know Vietnamese food quite well, and this restaurant is not authentic at all. I asked for some nước mắm but they gave me pure fish sauce (without any preparation). Who can it that?
Located in between sukhumvit soi 101 - 101/1. Piyarom community mall with tops supermarket, so you can have a lot of parking lot. Authentic Vietnamese foods, with variety of choice and nice taste.
The menu is pure traditional Vietnamese .. no mutant fusion, nor non-Vietnamese offerings, but properly focussed on why people come here. The price points are solidly mid-market and a good value for the quality dishes served here. Dishes we selected were wonderfully prepared and presented....The fresh herbs for which Vietnamese cuisine is known could have been right out of a window garden, quick rinsed and on the plate in minutes (but, a window garden is unlikely). Interior design is modern, and uncluttered, with large unremarkable hangings appropriately centered in view corridors. The furnishings are comfortable and the tables set with forged tableware. Vie Ha Long is in a shopping center, so the views beyond the windows are unimpressive. We were there for mid-afternoon lunch, at which time the place was near empty, so the service was 5x5 (perfect). It is located on the 2nd floor of an out-of-the-way neighborhood shopping center (Piyarom), about a 5 minute walk from Punnawithi BTS Station. Parking is abundant for diners who drive, which I suspect are mostly locals. This is off the tourist trail. I will dine here again, and could see Vie Ha Long as my regular 'go-to' Vietnamese restaurant.More
We used to go to this restaurant when it was located on the first floor of Piyarom Plaza, and it was always crowded. Now a condo project is going up where the Sports Club once stood and the clientele has decidedly fallen off. Now this...new location on the second floor makes it hard to find from the street level. It's well worth discovering. We ordered pho, nem noung (grilled sausage in rice noodle wraps), and pork, sausage, and mushrooms wrapped in noodles and sprinkled with crispy fried garlic. Everything was fresh and tasty. However, service was not good; we resorted to waving to get attention. After the meal, we got the bill and only realized after paying that what was on the bill was not what we ordered from the menu. The menu was in Vietnamese but the bill was in Thai, and the translation was both delicious and mysterious: "crispy rice broken on the edge of a pot."More
One of our regular restaurants in this neighborhood. They have authentic Vietnamese food with loads of fresh vegetables and herbs. They staffs are attentive and caring too.
As truly French bread filled with a Vietnamese version of pate, pickled vegetables and local marinated meat, become the rich flavors that I'll never forget. And also the coffee, the taste is so good with a wonderful presentation. MUST TRY!
