In the back streets of Bangkok... a little oasis of fresh food and nice atmosphere. Seated on the floor on cushions or at a table. Delicious food and drinks and quite a large menu to choose from. Green curry is a must!

Lovely place. We were having breakfast there. We were the only customers in morning around 10am, but that is just probably because it is located on a sidestreet. Definitely worth visiting.

We came here for breakfast. I'd been given a flyer describing the muesli as 'the best in Bangkok.' It wasn't; very low fruit content, no nuts and a fairly meagre portion. Like a supermarket savers range on a bad day. There was no coffee (and a judgemental comment in the menu under the coffee section about how vegans 'should only... More

This is my second time to this place, got dinner and i just love masala tea and the ambience here, other food is average for me, the price is quite expensive because you can find better mango sticky rice with cheaper price. One option of some vegetarian restaurants that are in this street.

Total 'farang' tourist trap!! High prices for very average food. We should had walked out when they brought our food... tiny portions for ridiculous prices. I used to come here quite alot three years ago, but I would never return and would not recommend

We've found this restaurant on the tripadvisor app. My girlfriend and I went there to have dinner. When we arrived we saw that everybody had left there shoes outside. Like we were entering a Buddha temple. There are some high tables with chairs, but also low tables where you can sit on the ground. Very cosy!! She ordered the green... More

Food the we ordered was good and the service was quick. Atmosphere is very laid back and lighting is great. Would definitely recommended if in Bangkok.

I think honetly their menu is too extensive and as a result, some people end up with amazing food and some dont. I had a dissapointment with the sweet and sour tofu stirfry. Really they should only serve their top 10 on 10 dishes. Until they update their menu, I cannot recommend this place.

Ordered 2 burgers to go (the veggie patty one and the tempeh one), and I have to say both are really yummy! Especially the tempeh one, we heard that they handmade it everyday (the tempeh patty). Although the tempeh does not taste like the authentic traditional Indonesian kind, their version of it is pretty good too. Will recommend!!!

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighborhood Profile
Banglamphu
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
