It was very disappointing to visit this restaurant of the DTF franchise. I had to wait in a long line of people queuing while there were at least 10 empty tables that hasnt been cleaned. When I asked the lady welcoming people, she looked at me strangely and very rudely she told me to wait. After almost half an hour... More

During busy periods, you may need to wait briefly for a table, but it's worth it. Watch the experts forming the many dumplings and steamed buns while you wait. Their skill and grace are amazing. Once you've made your selections and been seated, the joy begins. The fried dumplings (crab and pork recently) are almost impossibly light and crispy. Not... More

Din Tai Fung is a very famous chain known for the soup dumplings, xiao long bao. The service here was good, they seated me quickly and I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the restaurant or the location or anything. The xiao long bao is the star of the show - they are why you go to the restaurant.... More

I have tried a lot of dumplings, but the soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao) from Din Tai Fung is the best one. My other favorite dish from this restaurant is hot & sour soup. The restaurant is clean and the service is also okay.

I ate here with friends. I've eaten at many DTF branches in different counties. I ate at this branch too and I'm reviewing this branch now. The service was terrible -- slow and sour-faced. For me that detracted from the experience. And I felt the dumplings were less tasty and juicy than other branches. The one plus, it is usually... More

All of the food was good but, as expected, the dumplings are the real star. Service was fine but they were out of a few things ... not really an issue as it was pretty close to closing time.

Went there on Jan 5 at 14.30 and waited 30 mins for our dumplings. Had to remind the waitress several times to pick up our order at the kitchen. Food great, service terrible. Staff needs training and place needs to be organized by a professional manager.

The food here lives up to one's expectations. The queues are shorter at early lunch time. The service is quick and efficient. The famed dim sums are great.
