Been here many times and it is always a great experience, whether just drinking or dinning. The British food is very good quality and plenty of it. Amazingly the Thai food is just as good, if not better, with some surprising twists on old favorites. My favorite being the spicy seafood spaghetti Thai style. I'm not a big fan of... More

A tranquil English pub within the hustle and bustle of Nana. Friendly and attentive staff. Popped in for a beer on our first night in Bangkok. We came back every evening. The Cornish pasty is a work of culinary art. As you would expect from a pub owner from Cornwall. Highly recommended.

Great pub with friendly staff. Great service, old fashioned pub with friendly Brit expats being the regulars. Football of various codes on the three televisions with the sound muted - excellent. Casual music over the PA at a reasonable level so you don't have to raise your voice in conversation. Heineken, Carlsberg, Stowford Press, and Guinness on tap. Range of... More

I ate breakfast here almost every morning on a recent trip & had a few dinners too. They do a Full English (which the call the Full Monty) which would fill the hungriest of eaters, as well as smaller options & Thai options. Pies, Chicken with roast potatoes etc available for dinner, all the food is good

This is a pleasant reprieve from the mayhem on offer in Nana. A decent selection of ale, good grub at prices comparable with other places on this soi all amount to a worthwhile stop off. It been here for a few years so frequented by locals and visitors alike; the chequers manage their customers in a friendly way that will... More

Been several times and always enjoyed it. Its smack bang in the nightlife of soi 4. Mix of local expats and people on holiday. Fairly small English pub with a pleasant atmosphere serving good pub food. Sports on TV and sometimes music playing (not live). Owner is a really nice guy called Nick from Cornwall. If you need a touch... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
