Great restaurant for vegetarian and seafood lovers. Located near Bumrungrad hospital. Food is very healthy and low in sodium/fat. Although slightly on the pricy end and small portion. The restaurant offers a tropical view. Fantastic service from the staff.

This place has a UK owner, it is at Ariyasom Villa. You can eat indoors or outside at the pool, the shakes are super, food was OK (spicy tuna balls were nice), we would come back for the shakes and lovely setting

Staying in the hotel we decided to try the Na Aroon and we were so glad we did. The food was fabulous, the staff were helpful and so friendly and David made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed out so much we ate there two nights in a row.

Setting was gorgeous, the restaurant is not the easiest to get to if you are new to Bangkok, but it is well worth the effort (especially if you are vegetarian). Meal was very tasty and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately it was raining on the night we ate there, otherwise the outdoor seating area looked lovely... More

Firstly, if you are trying to find this restaurant do not be deterred by a bit of a walk from the sky train. You will find it at the end of the road, tucked away in its own tranquil setting. The experience will be well worth it. I visited Na Aroon with my boyfriend, in the hopes of finding a... More

Place is end of the road of Sukumvit Soi 1. It is located in a bungalow, which is very tastefully decorated and maintained. I think the upstairs are lodging, I didn't inquire within. I was there purely for their vegetarian foods as highly recommended by some people in the travelling community. Let's be frank, for Thai food, REAL THAI FOOD,... More

Dear tmithomas Thanks for coming and thanks for your review! It seems you liked the setting and the service but not the food. You go on to compare us to the street food you can buy everywhere in Bangkok! Its like comparing apples and bananas. Of course street food is great but please remember a few things:- - frequently street... More

Welcome to “Na Aroon” Restaurant at Ariyasomvilla Boutique Hotel and Spa. As you may be aware we try to produce a healthy but tasty cuisine. Our food is mainly vegetarian and we have an extensive range of seafood. We do not sell meat. We do not use MSG, food coloring, preservatives. We do use as much organic materials as we can and we try to ensure that we know the provenance of our food stuffs. We use good quality oil and properly fermented soy sauce. Please ask our staff for help on menu selection if you need assistance. Where as most of our vegetarian food is “mang sawirat” ( no killing) we can produce good tasty food for vegans and even “Jay” ( Chinese vegetarians). Please let us know if you eat eggs or not.Our western desserts are not quite so healthy but are all homemade and quite delicious! We use a good deal of fresh produce from the Kings’ project – Doi Khum – fresh strawberries, gooseberries, figs, rhubarb, raspberries – to name a few.We look forward to having you with us.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
