This restaurant serves only vegetarian food. It is the best. All of our dishes were delicious. Great service and beautiful setting.

Firstly, if you are trying to find this restaurant do not be deterred by a bit of a walk from the sky train. You will find it at the end of the road, tucked away in its own tranquil setting. The experience will be well worth it. I visited Na Aroon with my boyfriend, in the hopes of finding a... More

Overall it's worth the visit, the service staff are helpful and very polite. Liked the steam rice especially, the presentation is one of its kind! Should try!

Place is end of the road of Sukumvit Soi 1. It is located in a bungalow, which is very tastefully decorated and maintained. I think the upstairs are lodging, I didn't inquire within. I was there purely for their vegetarian foods as highly recommended by some people in the travelling community. Let's be frank, for Thai food, REAL THAI FOOD,... More

We found this wonderful restaurant in a beautiful hotel tucked away down a side street just outside of the centre of Bangkok and we're so glad we did! The food was the best Thai I'd had the entire time I was in the city, the staff were amazing and friendly and the setting made you feel you in the middle... More

The food is authentic, tasty and quickly served. However, I have to say that I loved the location and decoration of the restaurant. Think old style colonial with a modern twist. The harp vibrant colours artfully posed against the traditional layout gave the location a certain charm.

Vegetarian and seafood only. They claim to have chicken and beef on the menu but it's tofu. I don't mind eating vegetarian but I was clearly unaware of that fact before I went to the restaurant. Went there around 3pm- no one was in the restaurant. Probably a good time to go. Ordered the phat thai, prawn curry, and the... More

Dear KawehiCorrea, Thanks for your review. It clearly says on our website, TripAdvisor and everywhere else that the restaurant is vegetarian and seafood! It would be strange to feature chicken and beef in a predominately vegetarian restaurant. Please understand that a lot of love and attention goes into our food and its preparation but of course that includes ensuring that... More

In the Ariyasom Villa hotel. Good Thai food (try the black-pepper soft-shelled crab), very nicely balanced cocktails (I had the Thai Mojito). As with the hotel, the staff is well-trained and thoughtful.

It's close to skyy hotel, best western. The shrimps in coconut soup are already peeled. Pomelo salad are nice as long as you don't end up gobbling chili with it! (That was intense) Soft shell crab was good accompanied with tricolor maya temple style rice!

Off the beaten path, staying nearby we stumbled upon this oasis at the end of a busy road, not too far from Bumrumgrad. Sitting outside in the gorgeous garden near the pool, we had a delicious vegetarian meal. While there are options to order fish the vegetarian/vegan dishes are exquisite with many choices. A delightful meal, wonderful service, attentive staff,... More

Description
Welcome to “Na Aroon” Restaurant at Ariyasomvilla Boutique Hotel and Spa. As you may be aware we try to produce a healthy but tasty cuisine. Our food is mainly vegetarian and we have an extensive range of seafood. We do not sell meat. We do not use MSG, food coloring, preservatives. We do use as much organic materials as we can and we try to ensure that we know the provenance of our food stuffs. We use good quality oil and properly fermented soy sauce. Please ask our staff for help on menu selection if you need assistance. Where as most of our vegetarian food is “mang sawirat” ( no killing) we can produce good tasty food for vegans and even “Jay” ( Chinese vegetarians). Please let us know if you eat eggs or not.Our western desserts are not quite so healthy but are all homemade and quite delicious! We use a good deal of fresh produce from the Kings’ project – Doi Khum – fresh strawberries, gooseberries, figs, rhubarb, raspberries – to name a few.We look forward to having you with us.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
