Very stylish place with great food and great service. Beautiful location and very warm hospitality. The soup and the main dish were soooo good.

Excellent Thai restaurant in the middle of a quiet residential area. It’s a bit pricey side. Beef and chicken curry are recommended.

The food was very good, especially the mix of starters that I really recommend. The service was good but the waiter didn’t ask my friend to taste the wine before filling its glass and the wine itself was quite terrible. My suggestion is to absolutely...go there but drink water, beer and suchMore

A nice quite restaurant if you are looking for privacy. The food is amazing but you have to like Thai food.

Located in the heart of Bangkok but hidden away from the hustle and bustle on a side street, friends living in the city took us for dinner to fine dining Patara. The famous (we came to know this later) Thai restaurant is a standalone old...bungalow in a lush outdoor garden with ample parking. The ambience inside was stylish and a bit formal. The restaurant was very spacious with ample space between tables and private dining areas, and the staff and service were excellent, attentive and helpful. Every item (mostly seafood, pork and beef) we had from the extensive menu was delicious and delightful although we felt that the spice and sourness levels were milder than in usual Thai cuisine. May be to make it more suitable for the Western palate.More

The food was delicious and fresh. Staff were helpful and friendly. I like lamb massaman curry and crab meat dumplings. Sticky rice with mango was also good although the mango was not as sweet as I expected.

very nice environment. food is good especially the stirfried curried crab meat, braised beef and steamed seabass. ingredients are fresh and good quality. grilled chicken is a bit bland and boring. adorable fine dining.

Its had been 7 years since we last dined at Patara. Whilst in Bangkok recently we enjoyed lunch with our family, seated outside under the trees in their manicured gardens. The dishes were nicely presented over a 1 hour period, so we were not rushed.

one of Thong Lor's extravagant clubs and be prepared

great for a night out, the area is nothing short of
interesting during the daytime, either. Expect a mix

quite far since it's on the sukhumvit 55 road (Thonglor BTS) I would say about one hour by car since there is no BTS near Khaosarn area ( not sure)?
