Even it's the first time we visit this place but we get a very warm welcome from the manager and lead us to our table, service was amazing and very friendly, the food is one of the best Italian food what we try in Bangkok!!! Value of money worth the place. And on our way out we get invitation from... More

Not the most likely location down a side street in Bangkok to find a Italian restaurant which would be easily hold its own in any city in the world. The place has a really comfortable feel, especially the dinning chairs, no uncomfortable seats to make you move along here. A nice bar area, although as we were one of the... More

Every time we go to Bangkok opus is a must. This amazing authentic Italian restaurant offers the best of Italian produce. It is run by Italians that might help. The pastas are great the starters were all delicious. See photos

The quality of food is not bad, portion is big and ingredients are good. All Italian wine list, so it's somewhat limiting. The meal was enjoyable, but the thing is, there are so much choices in Bangkok and for this price, there are better choices. Cozy atmosphere for a group meal, but not great as a dating place.

If you are not a drinker and are looking for great food, there are cheaper places. Wine selection and the quality of the cocktails is excellent, however. Our smoked cheese and ham starter was good, but not outstanding and my "snow" fish was a little too acidic with the lemon for my taste. My wife's Gorgonzola and speck risotto was... More

Came here for a glass of wine one evening and sat at the bar. Wine was served in beautiful large glasses. Bar staff were very friendly and the place had a nice buzz. They have old Italian movies playing on a large tv (without the sound). We were invited to explore their amazing wine room. Were so impressed with the... More

Opus serves really good Italian fusion food. Very generous portions and good wine selection. Staff well trained. We had a great business dinner there.

Food is delicious, service is great. Crowded place but staff are very friendly and approachable. As it is busy, be patient to wait for the food.

This is the second time my wife and I have dined in this excellent venue, once before in 2013. There high level of service and food quality continues.

Staying in Silom

Neighborhood Profile
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
