We have frequented this fine restaurant on several occasions over the years and our most recent visit (last evening) confirmed once again the excellence in service and delightful menu. The risotto was amazing as was the pork, chicken and beef dishes. Strongly recommended if you are in the area.

Even on a so called "dry day" (Buddhist lent day) always an excellent experience. Good atmosphere and excellent food which would normally go with a good selection of wines - but not today...

My friend recommended Opus and we tried on the first night after our arrival at Bangkok. Food and wine are both good. We enjoyed from appetizer to pasta to meat to dessert. The grilled steak and the home-made pasta were particularly delicious. The servers were very attentive that our food were served at very good pace and we did not... More

If you love wine, Opus has a great selection, and I always love browsing their cellar. As hard as I try, I have never been able to get past the Risotto with Taleggio and Tartufo .......it's simply magnificent. I must visit Opus more often and try some different dishes. The complimentary home-made Limoncello is a great way to finish.

We booked this restaurant online, Uber had no problem finding the place. The wine menu is extensive, lots to choose from and quite a selection within a reasonable price range. Fin de claire oysters (6 pcs) displayed a stunning value for money. Ravioli filled with foie gras were amazing. Highlight was the Bistecca Florentina, chargrilled to order, also for a... More

My wife and I recently drove past Opus and decided to dine there. We may have well been dining with the great Roman Emperors so wonderful the food was. We were dressed casually and somewhat under dressed but no noses were turned ip by the staff or patrons. This is an exquisite restaurant: as fine as any restaurant I have... More

Had a lovely italian meal and great wine, (although expensive) I was expecting it. Was nice to have some beautiful Italian wine while in Bangkok.

Staying in Silom

Neighborhood Profile
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
