The waiting game starts now... Finally, after waiting for ard 1hr 15mins, its our turn. The place is very crowded and messy. Go early and rmb to take your queue number once you've reached. Listen out very carefully for your number. The person will shout...in Thai. The food was great, especially the crispy pork and crabmeat tomyum mama. Would I go again? Yes. Will I queue for that long again? Maybe, if I have the time. :)More

A conventional spot for khao tom dinner and apparently always crowded. Understandably we needed to join in the queue- a mighty long one. Not too famished that night so myself and companions ordered only the dishes recommended based on we saw on the internet. Had...the fresh salmon in Thai spicy dressing and I thought I've had better elsewhere, and I'm not too sure if it's just me or the salmon (with overly terrifyingly orange colour...) had firmer, rubbery texture compared to other ones I've had- first time ever to have come across non smooth fresh salmon meat.. Omelette was nice, the tom yum and fresh prawns were good; accompanied with khao tom- how you call warm rice soup in Thai. But then again, nothing worth queuing up for very ordinary meal. I've experienced this several times when in Thailand, and can confirm this place does not do it. Prior to all of this, thought it'd be useful to mention the service here isn't attentive- perhaps due to constant crowds coming in and out and having many orders in place. Ordered beer and water, they never arrived. Almost a dinner with no drinks after calling the waitress the second time just for water. Waved at who looked like the owner/manager - clearly looked at me directly - only to ask for water and then bills, and completely got ignored. Yup, go tend to other customers who has yet to pay for your average food... And they're priced above average just because the restaurant's popular... Unfortunately I just don't get the hype surrounding this 'university hotspot' eatery... Nothing novel at all.. The Michelin guide wasn't helpful on this one...More

I must say that this has got to top my first 3 most sinful dish I have ever tried in my life but I am super impressed by how generous is their serving and how awesome they were to make such an impressive dish just...by using simple ingredients! Their Tom Yam Mama noodles soup was really spicy and shiok for my taste buds, and it was not too soggy. In fact it was really chewy and tasty!! On first glance when you see the pot you can already tell that they do not go easy on their ingredients. What you can see on one glance is that they have the following: - Lime which gives a good sour lift to the pot of maggie - Prawns (super big and fresh) - Fried Pork (super crunchy and shiok) - 4 raw eggs into the pot ( which eggs always play a good supporting character role in a pot of maggie) - Meatball which are bigger than fishballs -Squid which is super chewy as well - Most importantly, they are ultra generous with their crab meats, and it practically took up 1/8 of the whole pot! I was struggling to finish the crabs even when my friends and I have finished most of the noodles and ingredients. So you can really tell how much value of money is this pot of goodness Something worth mentioning is that we also ordered their raw sashimi with Lime and chilli. BOY it was super spicy and I totally underestimated the Sashimi. It was so spicy that I had to order 2 bottles of coke to neutralize the spiciness! Overall please come over and try. I just realized that we could actually book a reservation via klook so once we are free to travel again I will most definitely put this as one of my top choice when I visit this place again!More

Purchased a small set via klook app in fear of the notorious long waiting Q time here. Upon arrival at 11pm the place was busy but noticed seats was still available perhaps not as crowded as usual due to the covid. The set was inclusive...of salmon salad(too sour seasoning for my liking!), tom yam seafood mama noodle in a big bowl, crispy pork belly(crunch to the bite but soft in the flesh),and stirred fried morning glory. Able to choose whether prefers mild, medium, normal or extra spicy level for tom yam soup. We had the medium and it tastes more sour than spicy so I'll recommend having the normal(thai level) spiciness for a more balanced and enjoyable broth. All dishes well executed but only worthwhile if purchased online first to avoid the 1-2hrs Queue(nt worth too long a queue time).More

The food was beyond amazing. Service was very good as well. The kitchen is very open so you can watch your food being prepared. Our wait time was only about 4 minutes at around 7pm. Would definitely recommend.

It’s better to book a reservation on klook. Queue is very long and with the reservation, waiting time is only 5 min. We ordered the large set which came with fried pork shoulder, fried pork belly, morning glory, Salmon, prawn omelette and Tom yam mama....(With 2 beers additional). I would say Tom yam mama is normal, we expected the pot to be boiling when serve but it only hot but not boiling. Overall, it is worth to try once but to return again, I doubt so . Service is ok. With the Klook voucher, once you reached there, you have to go to the counter to registerMore

Good vibes good late night dinner amazinggg food I dream of this place all the time. Would recommend so many dishes: Tomyum noodles, Pork Belly, Sashimi, even the coconut stall outside. This is a must-go in Bangkok. 100%.

We came here around 11pm and was welcomed by the queue. We took a number from the staff at the counter. We were 20th in queue. Queue moves quite fast, we were seated after 25mins of waiting. We sat inside which was more pleasant as...it is air conditioned. The menu was quite extensive with many dishes to order. This part of the menu had English translation. The menu for their speciality dish, the Mama tomyum noodles, unfortunately was only in Thai but it had photos to point at. We ordered the noodles with roast pork, pork balls, squid and prawns. It cost us 250baht which is quite reasonable. It easily fed the two us. The roast pork was good and crispy too. Worth the wait and the hype.More

1/5 for the service. Better food nearby. Food was served without utensils. Orders beer twice and it never came.

Book from Klook. It saves you the time from the long waiting time. I don’t think it’s more expensive either.
