This little restaurant is a jackpot... the food is delicious.... very fast and beers is Ice cold... doesn't feel like you are in Bangkok when stepping into this place.... great prices... absolute winner

We were so glad that we decided to go there! It was probably our favourite meal during our trip. The staff might not speak much English, but they are friendly.

The taste was delicious, especially Northern Thai Noodle Soup with shrimps. Very reasonable pricing, maybe the portion a little bit too small. Friendly staff.

We went here for a lunch and immediately enjoyed the smell of the cuisine as we walked into the restaurant. The place was very well priced, the food was tasty (although portions were quite small), and the juices were so delicious. The decor was also...a nice touch and felt very clean.More

Went here after craving Khao Soi after visiting Chiang Mai and we were very pleased. It was fantastic. The juices were also pretty great. Prices were low and they had a chilled glass for my beer.

This restaurant is a gem in the huge city of Bangkok. They serve northern Thai Food which is not found so often in Bangkok. And they do it so well! The interior is sophisticated and comfy. The staff is friendly, they speak good english and...they really try to satisfy the guests. But now the food: pork belly curry, smashed jackfruit, fried pork buns are out of this world. The aroma is clean and well balanced, the cooking is on a high level. It can be a bit spicy but thats northern thai cuisine in general. They will ask you what spice level you like when you order. We only had 3 nights in Bangkok this time, i would go there again for sure and try to eat as much as i can from their menu. With 2 people we had 3 main dishes, 2 side dishes nd rice. Worked out perfectly this way. My girlfriend had a really good passion fruit drink, i had a beer. Overall we paid around 28 Euros. You can eat cheaper in Bangkok for sure but if you consider the quality of food, the level of cooking, the good staff and the really nice interior it is worth every cent. Coming back for sure!More

Amazing food, very authentic and finally something else, than the everyday curry! (You can have that too at this place, if you want) Prices range from 60 - 200 Baht per dish. The size of the portions is rather small, which gives you a chance...to try a lot of different dishes. They are all worth it! Definitely try the Kaeng Hang Lay and the Sour Chinese Cabbage soup! I highly recommend you to give this restaurant a try!More

Was staying at Pratunam area for 6 days and came across this little restaurant from TripAdvisor. Not all the eatery recommendations are good actually. But this one is. 4 days Straight we dined here. The breakdowns are SERVICE - well let’s just say they do...try their best. English is a problem. The waiters only understand very little English but they do try their best to attend to your every requests. There’s a girl who’s good at it but unfortunately she’s not there everyday. Like today she was off. So we had a little trouble with our usual requests. Not their fault but ours since we are fussy people. PRICE - a little on the high side if you compare it with street food and street shops. Our bill for 4 persons usually comes up to about 600bht. We consider this ok since we usually pay 3 times more at Mango tree and 100th time more at Karmakarmet. FOOD - it’s superb. We used to dine at Mango tree frequently BUT after we discover this place we decided to stop visiting Mango Tree. Price wise this place is way cheaper. Slightly higher than street food. But generally they are ok. Food quality is just simply good. Loved everything we ordered. As in everything. Especially their basil pork rice. No complains when it comes to food quality. CONS - There’s only one small issue, the menu pictures might have items in pictures that does not include in the actual served meal. Four days straight we ordered our favorite basil leaf Pork with rice & egg as per picture. The picture shown actually has a sunny side up egg but if you want the egg as per the picture shown, you’ll need to pay an extra 15baht. I know it’s just a small charge but it’s misleading. Diners might think they are tricky. It was on the last day (today) a waitress decided to tell us that therefore we finally realized we were charged additional 15bht per order of 4 orders every visit. Hahahaha. We actually thought she was trying to trick us. Other than that small misunderstanding... everything else is top class. Every dish is superb. Will always come back for more everytime we are in Bangkok.More

Wow what a find on Trip Advisor! Close by our hotel, down a side street. The food was out of this world. We tried the sausage and minced pork balls as appetisers and the had the hangle curry from a recommendation on here. The flavours...were out of this world. We want to come back and try more from the menu!More

Was a little difficult to locate the restaurant. We walked right by it the first time since there are so many little stores and restaurants side by side. We all enjoyed really our meals. The service was good. Different than what we’re used to in...North America and the waitress did not speak much english but she was eager to please.More
