I drooled over the Queen Margherita pizza with imported buffalo mozarella. I was looking to have another after an absence of 2 years. The menu no longer had the word imported in the script. Nevertheless, I ordered. Basically it was O.K. but far from stunning. The service is good. The premises offer inside and covered outside options. The house red... More

This was a second visit after a few years. Great Italian restaurant serving good traditional fare, the owner, Luigi present and attentive. He offered to discuss any dish and returned during our meal to check all was in order. On learning of my Italian heritage asked my family name, he suddenly rushed off returning with a bottle if liquor with... More

Loved the Calzone, was absolutely superb. Would suggest to friends when they travel here for a bit of a taste of home. Makes adjusting to the culture easy.

We don't normally frequent Pizzerias or Italian Food restaurants in foreign lands, but we decided to look at the menu at this place -- it was impressive so we decided to try'em out! Ordered the pepper crab, tom yam soup, crab cakes, and a chicken wing appetizer. The food was so tasty, I am salivating right now just thinking about... More

Service, food, & ambiance were absolutely terrible. Can't believe they included 10% tip in their bill. Total rip-off. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Also, claimed that Thai menu was not available until after 2 PM, WHICH IS TOTAL B.S. NEVER AGAIN. DON'T GO.

I have a rule: don't go to an Italian restaurant when you're abroad. Well this time I have been convinced to go and I accepted because they did tahi food too. We'll my food was Ok and the dessert was fine. My husband ordered a pizza and saying we were not impressed was an understatement. It was awful. Like frozen... More

During a walk around the area we bumped into Luigi... He was so nice offering us everything we were searching for... We ordered a mix of things both pizzas and Thai food... The evening was fun and Luigi made sure we were well looked after.... All in all fun night.... But the pizza was not good... The base was the... More

Could be a great place. Good food. Good atmosphere. But if the owner Don Luigi is not in, the staff is totally uninterested to serve the guests. Better go in the evening and look out whether the boss is in. Otherwise, run away.

Don't go into the toilets they are filthy. As for the food, we were the only customers in a cortyard of fifty tables. My partner received her tepid meal ten minutes before mine. What were they doing, chasing the pig for my pork meal? When you pay make sure you know what you have ordered, and don't forget to view... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
