Visited as part of a tour group. Pad thai was very nice, got the traditional shrimp in omelette. It was also great watching them cook the dishes outside. Orange juice was fresh and delicious. Very busy and popular so you may have to wait.

This is a must go in Bangkok. There is always a line, probably 20 to 50 people, but it goes quite fast. The Pad Thai is amazing, especially the one covered by an egg tortilla and crowned with jumbo prawns.

One of the best if no the best padthai in town. It’s worth queuing sometimes about an hour and up. Despite being a crowded place, the personal keeps friendliness and good customers service.

The original version is alright. The others that come with a couple of prawns do not commensurate with the price. Customer service is adequate.

Thip Samai was probably the best meal we had during our trip to Bangkok. We learnt about this place via recommendations from friends who had been here before. Knowing the fact that this place queues up fast, we decided to get there before 5 pm...More

Really traditional pad Thai. Great flavor and you can watch them make it while you wait in the line to get in. Get the house made oj too as it's awesome.

The first thing that struck me was the huge line-up waiting to get in to the restaurant. The next and really entertaining stop was watching the cooks outside work their magic in the huge woks over special fires, making the Pad Thai. We had reservations...More
