The atmosphere is nice and cozy however the food we’ve ordered wasn’t flavorful at all and the portions were small, particularly the appetizers.

I’m a « aficionado » of Tacos, and I can tell that this restaurant serves you great tacos, juicy and flavorful meat. There is a great atmosphere here, especially on the evening. Everything was delicious. The only missing point is if you eat in the garden it...could be a little bit noisy.More
Our first visit and turned out be a nice surprise, excellent Mexican cuisine, delicious food. Indoor outdoor seating .
Nice venue Nice garden restaurant Nice staff Nice menu including guacamole Friendly owner and staff A must go for a dinner with friends in a calm and accessible soi
This place was tough to find but was absolutely worth the trek. Traditional Mexican food at its finest. The Carnitas were exceptional. So many great dishes to choose from. Portion sizes were good and the prices were reasonable (I found that everywhere was a bit...pricey in Thong Lor). There are quite a lot of places to eat on Thong Lor Rd but the Missing Buro has to be a priority stop.More
Authentic Mexican food, every dish was delicious that we ordered. Worth paying the extra for a visit here.
The restaurant looks magical with its playful colours and lights glowing in the darkness of the small soi, I was expecting big things! Unfortunately, the look and atmosphere of the restaurant was no indication of the food quality. The food was warm, not hot and...I suspect it was pre-made and heated in the microwave or re-heated somehow - I’ve never been to any Mexican restaurant that can turn around an enchilada within 2 minutes of ordering. Lacking in flavour, I asked for some hot sauce or Tabasco to spice it up but the restaurant couldn’t provide this. Service was efficient but not particularly friendly with staff hanging around looking bored. In summary, I’d come here again for a drink but not to eat.More
We got here to have an early bite. The setting is beautiful but the food isn’t as charming as the setting. We had 3 dishes (can’t remember the exact names). They weren’t small in portion and weren’t that impressive. The final bill was about 1700...Baht with with 2 drinks.. not sure if it’s worth a return trip.More
Great Mexican Foods!! All dishes were delicious! Chilling atmosphere and all staff are lovely with their great hospitality. I will be back again for sure!!
located in an alley of Thong Lo, not difficult to find. went after seeing the reviews and to try Mexican cuisine. ordered, sopesitos (dont know what they were, went by the servers suggestion for a vegetarian dish), was disappointed, had some smell of non vegetarian...which the server couldn't understand. quesadillas were average. my friend ordered shrimp tacos which he too did not like much. have good selection of drinks but were expensive. left soon, doubt would return again.More
A hidden gem with a quirky atmosphere in our own neighbourhood. Went with the family including 2 little ones. A warning they don't have highchairs. Sat on the outside verandah which suited. The menu is well explained including photos and then summarised at the end....Even though the serves aren't large the food is delicious. Good variety of beers. Margaritas are expensive. Definitely worth a visit if your in the neighbourhood.More
Great place to chill in tranquility after a day in the city. The location is easy to find, the food was tasty, and the beer promotion was great. :-) Was taken here for my birthday, and the staff happily obliged my friend in organising candles...for my cheesecake and singing happy birthday to me. I left this place holding it in high regards and will have a great memory of it.More
Great food and service but Margeritas were expensive at 299 Baht, and glass not full! Disssapointed in that.
Great place for Mexican food. This would be a great place for Mexican food in Mexico. Great food and service. Nice range of craft beers.
Located at the end of Soi Thonglo 7, The Missing Burro is made up of three shipping containers, two stacked for the dining room, and one functioning as the kitchen. On being seated we got a cup of complimentary tortilla chips with a tiny saucer...of chili dipping sauce. A short time later, arrived an equally tiny cupful of guacamole that was mostly minuscule bits of tomato (180 baht). It was delicious, with a hint of onion and garlic but woefully short on the most expensive ingredient: the avocado. We ordered the choriqueso (330) which consisted of homemade chorizo sausage (according to the menu) spread on a base of melted cheese. It was spicy without being mouth numbing, and came with two fresh flour tortillas, a heaping tablespoon of sour cream and a tablespoon of pico de gallo. But that was no more than 3 oz (85 g) of sausage meat and the cheese layer was thin. We also ordered the tacos de camarones (360) a spicy concoction of six plump shrimp and bacon served on three soggy corn tortillas. Of course we had room for dessert so we tried the pineapple chimichanga (160). That’s one chimichanga sliced in two with a postmodern schmear of strawberry sauce and drizzled with chocolate. No doubt to extract maximum profit. The pineapple flavor was bright and fresh. I estimated the chimichanga contained 2 tablespoons of chopped pineapple at most. The entire bill with a draught beer (160), water (40) and service charge added up to Baht 1353. There is parking for 2 cars on the apron in front of the garden so custom will presumably come mainly from foot traffic. The restaurant is not hard to find but the choices are limited.More
