Nice atmosphere in general, inside or outside in terrace, Service quite in average, but need more attention by Maitre d' hotel to supervise the waiters/waitresses. We were 4, and 3 people get warm main dishes and myself a Tartare (cold dish). Service Coordination was not good and the 3 need to wait at least 5 minutes, before the tartare was... More

We have a very good dinner in this place but if you like the souffle does not order it because you will get something like a hot mousse with cream and cheese, we cannot say it is a souffle but the other meal was very good. I hope they can change the name on the menu because i think it... More

This French Restaurant is set in a hidden small (dead-end) Soi and one is unlikely to run into it by coincidence. However, it is very worthwile visiting. The food is very good, the wines are excellent. It is not a cheap place, but it is not as expensive as in the restaurants of most of Bangkok's top Hotels. Appetizers are... More

I have been to INDIGO for many years, lunches and dinners, maybe more than 30 times. I like this French bistro, great atmosphere, wide choice of French food, good cuisine and attractive prices. But please tell me what is wrong with the French manager, our greeting was so bad, very arrogant, talking to the waitress without looking at guests, so... More

Not those top top range but it is always enjoyable. Popped by for wine dinner and it did not disappoint. Food was delicious though execution might not be perfect. At least staff team is helpful with willingness.

An excellent restaurant; the set lunch is great value. The tables are very close so noise is an issue. The food is perfect and the staff are solid.

French Restaurant Indigo. I visited this place several times every year in the past 8 years. I definitely had my last visit there last night. Dining in so many places 3 to 4 times a week here in Bangkok it was a horrible experience the food use to be always good there, but last night by far not the same! Is... More

Pleasant setting with both indoor and outdoor dining down an alley in a busy area. Wide ranging continental menu. Our group had salads, steak tartare, fish and pasta dishes - all of good quality. Quiet enough to visit. To sit outside you have to put up with cigarette smoke, something that I hope continues to disappear from the Bangkok dining... More

I have been a regular patron at Indigo, and whilst I have put up with the oddly quirky situations that arise - rapid staff turnover, resulting in a hit-and-miss service, new maitre d' chages more frequent than hot dinners, the last two visits have been a huge disappointment, so I write this review with sadness. But the food quality is... More

Staying in Silom

Neighborhood Profile
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
