No english speaker. Difficult to order, but special experience tasting local breakfast. Deouzhang(soymilk) was really good. Many local people were in waiting line. There are two line, here or to go. Worth to visit in the... More

Traditional Taiwan Style, the shop no big but fast moving of guests, so, no need to wait longer time. The soy milk, costly and good taste, services with salt or sweet taste…. P.S. this shop open at morning time only…

It is a traditional Taiwanese breakfast place serving 油条and豆浆. We ordered a salted soy bean (咸豆浆), rice milk with soy milk (米浆混豆浆)with 烧饼油条。It was tasty and delightful. Queue is short but the crowd just doesn't stop.

We visited Ding Yuan Soy Milk after discovering that the other famous soy milk shop was closed on Mondays. Tried the 咸豆浆, 米浆+豆浆 and the 烧饼夹油条. Portion was more than sufficient for two! Simply delicious and filling. 烧饼油条was hot and crisp, light and puffy while the 咸豆浆 was interesting, like salty beancurd. Do try it!

Its a pretty good place to eat. Some what crowded during the weekend. The soy milk is better than the usual stores you see. Some what hard to find...and doubt they speak English

We came for the salty soy milk soup which was excellent. We also ordered the Xiao Long Bao and discovered it was the best we've ever had, better than Din Tai fung's and various other places we've tried in china, taiwan, usa, and canada. We also enjoyed the sesame soy milk drink. We came around 11am and had no wait,... More

I am really surprised to see that the listing headline said it’s CLOSED. It’s not, in fact, still thriving! We visited this store on December 10, 2014. This is a classic soybean milk shop used to be located at the corner of Ei-Kuo E. Rd and Haun-Zho S, Rd. A shady stand (not qualified to be called a "shop"). Now... More

This is a classic soybean milk shop used to be located at the corner of Ei-Kuo E. Rd and Haun-Zho S, Rd. A shady stand(not qualified to be called a "shop"). Now moved to a new location and called Ding-Yuan(鼎元豆漿) and it's address is No. 30-1, Jīnhuá St, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City. The new shop is cleaner, brighter and surely,... More
