We kinda bumped into this place, and ended up going here every day during our stay in Taipei. They have really tasteful and fresh bread. In all kinds of flavor. They also have a small coffee corner where you can enjoy your freshly baked product. A must go for bread lovers.

I like the pineapple bread. Pair that with a nice slab of butter and its heaven in your mouth. My wife really likes the sandwiches too.

Took a business trip to Taipei and happened to stay on the same street as Florida Bakery. The store was clean, modern, and service was efficient and courteous. I got to taste a variety of items every morning for breakfast and was more than pleased. By the way, they have GREAT coffee selections to pair with all the baked goodies.... More

I am an European and love to go to this bakery for the yummy desserts and tortillas and pita bread. But my last several visits have left me shaking my head. Your staff needs some major training. 1) collecting customers money and putting the food in packages is disgusting. 2) the staff throws everything in one bag: delicate cookies, glass... More

I was asking for biscuit packaging & the price. But the store lady, did not answer me in a nice way (bad attitude, make sounds loudly) then I told her maybe i'll look for manager to assist me. but she's answered me inpolitely, too make others customer saw and heard it. I felt ashamed, why she treated customer in that... More

I'm surprised few have mentioned this but Florida is widely popular with the locals for their garlic bread (in baguette specifically). It might be that these are quickly sold out so people don't really have the chance to sample them. I definitely like their garlic bread. It used to be better though. Now, the spread is thinner and of course... More

Don't know why it is called Florida Bakery as there is nothing here like Florida. But it is the only place to get flour and corn tortillas. The corn are a bit dry, but you are in Taiwan. Cakes, cookies have a great assortment and the breads are yummy. Nice coffee, tea and drink bar.

The bread is decent but the real draw here is are the mexican fixings. Tortilla shells, salsa, corn chips, refried beans and jalepenos)

The baked goods are overpriced, in my opinion. They have a selection of iced cookies that are cute and topical (Jeremy Lin shaped), but expensive. There is always something interesting I want, but never buy due to the price- last time they had hand dipped cherries filled with liquor. There are so many bakeries in Taipei that offer similar items... More
