Expected a higher quality of foods based on the reviews and her famous name. The noodles are pretty good.

You will have to wait but they are worth it, excellent food and the staff spoke English- you wait in line to take a ticket and then wait for the spot to open, we were told 45 minutes so wandered down the road and when we came back our number had already been called but they still held the table... I'll be honest, I waited a bit over one and a half hour to get a seat. It does say on the receipt that you'll have to wait 60-90mins... don't worry, there are plenty of shops around to browse while you wait. The staff are so talented, they can speak about 5 different languages (mainly Korean, Japanese, English, Cantonese &... More

It's the best Chinese food on the planet. It's that simple. Get the dumplings, pork chop fried rice, shrimp fried rice, noodle soup, etc. you can't go wrong. Bring cash, no credit. Expect to wait, but it's worth it.

This is still the best dumpling place I ever had. Their food (not only dumpling), their service, are always a role model in food business. The weakness is the building, quite small and tiny access stairways. The other weakness is the long waiting line. 30 minutes waiting is quite normal in this place. Here's a tip to get table faster,... More

I have been to many Din Tai Fung's and this one stands out for the amazing quality. The soup dumplings with truffle are life changing also the pan fried dumplings. Worth the line up and remember cash only

We came at opening time in the morning to avoid the long lines. We selected at least ten dishes and they were all excellent. But, you need to eat the dumplings, maybe dumpling perfection.

Service is good. Try the egg fried rice. In overall, it's expensive. But it's worth to try once. Go before or after the peak hours.
