This hole in the wall restaurant but what can it be described as excellent authentic Japanese where you'd least expect it.. Great fresh ginger flavours to the tofu.. Great teriaki and iron etc. Just go!

The place is just across the hotel. Was too lazy to walk out any further (out whole day sightseeing at the temples already). Though the momo was a delight!! 10 pieces for less than NP400. The place is decent. But yea hospitality so-so.

At Momo Tarou they serve great japanese food. the staff is welcoming and freindly. The house tea is great. They have a wide variety on the menu, tried the soups, the veggie sushi and other great dishes.

The ambience looks dull but the food taste really great. I ordered some salmon sushi , tried veg tempura, had some maki cutlet every dish tasted perfect. Cooked well and presented well. Prices are reasonable too.I would defintely recommend this restaurant to everyone.
