About
Warm Greetings from Bhojan Griha! First of all, I would like to take the opportunity to introduce ourselves as Bhojan Griha, pioneer in Authentic Nepali Cuisine Restaurant, nestled at Dillibazar, Kathmandu. The building dates back over 100 years which used to be the palace of former royal priest. Now, we would like to invite you for the royal dining experience. I am sure your experience at Bhojan Griha will be a memorable one, as you will not only get to dine here. In fact, you will have a collective experience of authentic Nepali food with live cultural dances in a restored ethnic ambiance. We all are aware about the contamination on food, water and air these days. Taking this into consideration,

We went to this restaurant because the menu on their website looked fantastic. When we arrived, however, we were told that it was only a set menu and not al-a-carte. The experience is one where you sit on the floor at small tables and they...More

Our Team decided to have dinner at Bhojan Griha. The place was so nice with a combination of Nepali architecture and authentic Nepali food. The cultural show was also very nice specially Mayur (Peacock) dance. So experience once at Bhojan Griha.

We were taken here as a group. The food was good, alcohol was served and the entertainment was charming. Nice way to say goodbye to a beautiful country.

The dinner set itself was like an expensive version of what we have had in the past couple days in Nepal. It’s typical, but must say, food is tastier in a way. (Perhaps it was the wait and we were hungry already) Overall has been...More

Sava and I have been eating Aloo Tama, a traditional nepali potato and bamboo-shoot curry, since we were little kids and today, we feel we’ve found the best Aloo Tama in town. It was so good and engaging we didn’t even think about pulling our...More

Good ambient and athmosphere, however food was very average and disapointing especially compared to many great other places in Kathmandu. Personally I would rather find something else.
