This was my first visit to this restaurant & I was pleasantly surprised. We a group of 8 people & this did not present any problems to staff, who were friendly & rather efficient. The food we ordered was good, and they had a great selection of wines, all @ reasonable prices.

We didn't expect such a wonderful restaurant in Windhoek. Booking is essential. The menu can stand its ground in any metropolitan city. We all ordered red meat dishes and the quality was superb and the taste just out of the world! They could invest in more heaters in the winter, it was a bit chilly till the wine started to... More

Our meal here was good. The waiter was busy so the service was ok. The setting is in a courtyard which is quaint. The chilli poppers were delicious and the pasta chicken dish was delish!

We went for lunch at the stellenbosch market part as we wanted something light. Although the food was great the food portions were small for the price paid and the boards and dishes were a bit awkward to eat from. Apart from that we had the best chocolate cake.

We started our trip in Windhoek and it ended there as well; twice at Stellenbosch. Fantastic setting outside and wonderful food and wine. Highly recommend the Rib eye stake with garlic butter to it. Order this with a glass of Stellenbosch Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and you will not forget the place.

Fabulous dining experience. Our waiter Roy was very helpful in his recommendations from the wine, to the appetizers, main dishes and desserts. The vegetarian pizza was to die for. If I could, I would have dined here more than the twice I did. Everything was delicious and just perfect. Roy was the best.

The Stellenbosch is a lovely restaurant in an enclosed garden-like setting. It's really unique, and quite lovely. The food and service were both excellent, and the menu offered many great choices. There was also an extensive wine list. We would return again if we had the opportunity.

Great atmosphere and tranquility, such a lovely, relaxed courtyard. Food was fantastic as always. Remains one of my favourite places to visit when I come up to Windhoek on holiday. Definitely one of the gems of Windhoek.
