I used to go there quite often. They had a good pizza. The Salsa parties were fantastic. The jihadist attack on this restaurant killed this business. Very sad.

I usually go there for brunch mostly on Sunday. The surrounding is nice and the employees are nice, Food is great but you have to have more patient to receive your order.

The menu has a variety of meals and food is surprisingly good. I tried the different brochettes, pizza's and grilled brushettas, all was very good. Drinks are also good and price is average except for the wine which is pricey for the quality.

My idea is that this is the place you go to for late night food. It's usually very quiet early in the evenings and doesn't usually pick up until around 2200 hrs. The menu is not terribly exciting but then, who wants exotic food late at night? Pizzas are generally the way to go. Drinks are cold and staff are... More

HAve been there for dinner a couple of times. Maybe went to earlyy as it was very quiet with a few heavily made up local lasses hanging around teh bar counter situated in teh middle of the restuarant. Not ny favourite place

La Terrasse is where I go when I'm not sure where else to go in BKO. It's a big open terrace that has a bit of relaxed sports bar theme (huge TV always showing soccer) but with enough food options that you can go before the party's started elsewhere, eat, drink, and then stick around for the live music that... Patio bar above VIP and new Cotton club on blabla street in hippodrome. Surprisingly not bad for mosquitoes! Offers decent priced drinks (prices between maquis and club prices) and, lately, friends made me discovered their burgers! Food is good, great prices and good quality. Serves late too. Very popular expat hangout, but also great to meet people.

In the heart of the Hippodrome, the Terrace is an institution. It is a large open space with a bar and tables. Very attractive space complete with faux Djenné architechure, hanging plants, blown-glass, and thatch on one end. Thu-Sat nights there is dancing, often with Salsa music. (Salsa is really a phenomenon here in Bamako.) The menu is nothing special... More

It's a nice open air bar with decent music and acceptable prices but in no case you can call it a restaurant !
