Quaint coffee shop with such great coffee! The little details like the politically motivated art lends to the environment. You can almost feel the history behind this place.

The staff members were pleasant and we had fun communicating, as they spoke very little English and I spoke zero Amharic. The coffee was 'top shelf' but do not expect to sit and enjoy it. At both of the Tomoca cafe locations that I visited...in Addis Ababa, chairs were surprisingly absent. Patrons stood beside tall tables and read newspapers or socialized while consuming some of the best coffee on the planet. If you are a coffee lover, Tomoca is a must visit in Addis.More
