A unique restaurant and cocktail bar situated in the heart of Victoria Falls Town and centered around a refurbished railway carriage initially built in 1935. The bar offers a wide selection of cocktails, draft beer, flavored G&Ts and an extensive wine list to suit all pockets. The restaurant boasts delicious wood fired pizzas, burgers, game meat and a couple of finer dining options to tickle your taste buds! Reservations are recommended for Dinner.

Great in every sence

The perfect place to be for just a drink or a dinner. They had big fans making a nice atmosphere and the climate more bearable during the very hot evenings. The service was quick and friendly and they served great, large portions of amazingly tasty food. Can highly recommend the chicken and the espetadas. You got more than you could expect for the money. They also had a varaiety of locally brewed craft beers. Very tasty. The best place in town.

Great ambience, great food, efficient service.

Efficient system to welcome guests. We went during Christmas time when there was a hive of activity and were promptly sitted in the waiting area. table was found a few minutes later. The waitron service was very fast and food served not long after. The food itself was very fresh, tasty, and well presented. I would recommend the 'fillet kebab' - not sure what name it was given,

We were recommended this place and it did not disappoint. The food menu has sooo many amazing options it was hard to choose and the portion sizes are humungous. We decided to share a burger (the pepper burger) as we had a big lunch and it was more than enough and delicious. The staff cut in half and put on to two separate plates and also split the chips for us which was a great touch. The burger itself was so tasty and meat so juicy. The staff, food, atmosphere, everything was 10/10. Would go back for sure. Oh and also, they have draught beer which was a mega plus! Couldn’t fault

We’ve heard so much about this place. We went on Christmas Day and it was very crowded. We ordered 2 starters and a burger and asked for them to arrive together. However it took almost an hour after asking a few times (burger arrived after 1h20) plus bad service because they didn’t communicate the truth. However, the service recovery was great. I Guess we were just unlucky so I will not hold it against them. The food was very tasty. Till now, we still speak about the chicken liver bunny chow!

Thank you for the feedback. Christmas Day was difficult for us because a crucial electrical circuit gave in on one of the busiest nights. This unforeseen problem happened in the middle of service and we did everything we could with the limited resources but unfortunately we fell short. A really fun place for interesting cocktails and delicious dinner. When I did not receive exactly what I ordered, the management compensated me by comping my meal and giving us dessert and coffee on the house.... Despite the mixup, I would still go back... my dining partner thought his meal was top notch.

Awful pizza. I asked for bbq

Awful pizza. I asked for bbq chicken and something that didn’t even taste of chicken maybe it was pork. I had a really bad tummy afterwards. Also it’s a tourist trap where they try to sell you as many drinks as they can and even charged me for a takeaway cardboard box. Avoid

Busy weekend evening

First visit after hearing good reports about this place. Smallish but good menu in mid to upper price range for similar spots here. We ordered beef fillet espetada and a burger which arrived bigger than the plate! Both were well prepared tasty dishes with good fries, roasted vegetables and a simple but nice side salad. Local beers are well priced and the house wine a good complement to our meal

I have had my fair share of burgers to appreciate a good one when it comes along and the one I had at The three monkeys was nothing short of a symphony on my tongue. I literally had mouthgasms. I am in love with your plate of food and your drinks just make it so much better . Not to be left out your servers are ever so friendly and informative when stuck on what choice to make. Thank you for a great start to the year.

Nice restaurant in Victoria Falls

This restaurant seems to be known for their burgers. Portions were huge. The beef itself tasted different than expected which may be due to the diet of the cattle. It’s a little disconcerting but maybe most would not be bothered by this. The service was very good though my visit was off peak hours. YMMV

My partner, myself and mother went for dinner last night (24/2/2020), we were greeted with a smile, seated on a clean table and served by a wonderful man, Troy. My mother ordered the nachos and my partner and I ordered the burgers. Don't come here expecting small meals. They were HUGE. If you are light eaters definitely get the meals to share. We all ordered drinks, my mother got a glass of Sav Blanc, which she really enjoyed and my partner and I got cocktails. Delish! Side car is a definite winner. They did run out of pineapple juice however for the other cocktail but they substituted with a similar mixer. All in all, the meals and the drinks were worth it and the price point was really great. As an Australian trying to convert prices over, the cocktails worked out to be about $11AUD, CHEAP!

This is my first choice each time i am in Vic Falls. Good food served by a highly energetic team and very fast.

I have been to Three Monkeys for almost 15 times and have never been disappointed by their service level regardless of being served by different waiters. The food is well prepared and my favourite is medium red T-Bone steak which has always been prepared to my satisfaction. The atmosphere is very conducive close to the railway station you sometimes get luck hearing huffing and puffing of the train passing by.

Great Food, Loved the Cocktails

I had a wonderful experience at Three Monkeys when I was in Victoria Falls. The food was superb. the cocktails were on point. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy a great meal at affordable rates.

I had the pie of the day and that was to die for, I highly recommend it. Beautiful surroundings and staff very friendly and helpful. In the hot Victoria Falls, it’s nice to have lunch at a place that is nicely cooled like 3 monkeys

This was by far my favorite place I ate while in Victoria Falls. It cane recommended by my tour guide and it did not disappoint. Service was on point and friendly. It’s a convenient location as well. I got the steak panini and it was delicious, the only small complaint I had was the bottom bread was a bit hard and I wound up just taking it off, but I would still order that sandwich again.

Whenever we visit Vic Falls we always go and grab a bite and it is always memorable. Staff is very friendly. Couldn't meet the Chef this time to say thanks but i still can literally taste the food. The kids loved it as well
