Restaurant best recommended for dinner because of solo musician inside and easier access to the medina at night. The food and the service are excellent, may be a little expensive but it's worth it.

Used to be an ancient residence... turn to a restaurants since couple of years . One if not the best Tunisian restaurants in Tunisia . Typically tunisian food , lovely atmosphere , Oud or quanoun players at night.. Definetly a must visit place.. They have a shop that offers a large selection of handcrafted tunisians items.

The restaurant is located in an easily accessible location of the Medina. Great atmosphere. However the best part was the food. The flavours were just right. And the service was relaxed but there when required. An enjoyable experience.

A very classy experience , probably the best place in town to entertain foreign visitors for business dinners in a charming ambiance to enjoy the flavors of the land with local music in the background and a very good service

We were staying at a lovely Riad only a short walk from this Restaurant. A really up and coming part of the Old City. The picture of the yellow studded door is very in keeping with this area. Food was amazing and architecture inside is very special. A little light Tunisian music is played in the centre of the building... More

What an amazing evening during Ramadan period. An unique offering that includes one soup, 3 starters, 1 incredible main course & 1 dessert. Rooms are beautiful and incredibly decorated. Waiters are very nice as well. At last a musician made this evening much more amazing.

Food is abundant, atmosphere is beautiful and food is good. We particularly enjoyed the varied appetizer and I had a wonderful lamb shank. The atmosphere is in filled with candlelight...service was impeccable. It is pricey for Tunisia but the experience is worth it. Keep in mind we were on our honeymoon and this place is very romantic. All depends on... More

This restaurant is worth a visit purely as a cultural and architectural experience. Rooms have been converted from an old mansion, so the decor is fantastic. Lots of waiting areas and side-rooms which are fun just to peek your head into. Traditional arabic music playing in the courtyard makes the perfect backdrop. The prices were on the high side, but...
