Upon arrival we were early, it appears that it doesn’t officially open until 8pm but this isn’t explained anywhere. The host on arrival did not welcome us personally and she didn’t appear very forthcoming, probably because we arrived early but nothing was explained!
Didn't stay at the hotel, but did use the spa. It was a beautiful, relaxing, and delightfully cozy experience. Heated floors, great staff, perfect facilities...if you want to indulge, this is a perfect choice.
The food was decent, the service was good, the atmosphere was lovely. And best of alla, the prices were affordable to almost anybody. This is a classy restaurant for ordinary people. Visiting Tunis, dining at the Dar El Jeld is a must.
